Unfortunately, while that may be true, The U.S. is much larger than any of those countries (population wise) and may even be larger than all of them combined, or at least a good number of them combined. I don't know for sure and it is too late in the evening to google for this. Anyway, considering that the US is larger than any of those countries the likelihood that such a large bureaucracy would function smoothly or efficiently is non-existent.

Have you paid attention to how Sony operates? Ever since the original Playstation, they have released the successor console about six years later but continued to support the older console for another 4 to 5 years. That's what they mean by a ten-year lifecycle.
This is only one review. And so what if it's a seven? I still can't believw how fvcked up this industry has become that a 7 out of 10 is bad. Mathematically, it is above average.
