I never said that FDR was one of our worst, I simply said the new deal screwed the country. Personally, I think history will decide whether Carter or W. was the worse President.
As to being enslaved by welfare and social problems, it's not that hard to understand why I think that way. Group A says, 'It's society's fault you don't have much so we'll give you some for free." Group B says, "Yeah, it's tough but you need to take care of yourself." Which group do you ...
Wow. Cnet does a negative article about Sony and how much they're fvcking everything up. I didn't see that one coming.
You must be a truly generous person. Good for you. I don't mind paying taxes either. What I do have aproblem with is a welfare system that is discriminatory that encourages sitting on your ass instead of working. If the system was changed to encourage people becoming self-reliant than it would be better. Also, I know from personal experience that the system is discriminatory.
Also, I look at the history of large healthcare systems run by governments. I also look at the level of...
That is part of the problem. Call it what you will, but I don't want a president that the world wants or approves of per se. I want a president that is more concerned about what the country he is presiding over than the interests of other countries. People forget that everyone is out for themselves, including countries and by pleasing others, you can't please yourself.
And before anyone misconstrues this to mean something else than what it is; yes international cooperation is i...
Wow, for marxism not being a dirty word, you guys sure do seem to be offended by it's use.
Taking from those that have and giving it to those that don't is Marxist no matter how you try to look at it. Do I agree with Marxism, no. Do I think that some applied usage of Marxist principles can be beneficial, yes. However, given the history of the democratic party, I fear that Obama's plans will further weaken my country by making people more dependent on the government.

What the Fvck?
"Lets say you make 260k, only that 10k that went over the 250k will be taxed."
Are you really that naive? The whole 260K would be taxed at the higher rate not only the part that is over 250.
"Obama taxing another 3% on the top 2-4% of the richest is not this marxist movment folks make it out to be."
"Marxism is the political philosophy and practice derived from the work of Karl Marx and Friedri...
Actually, if you go by all-time highest install base, Wii would be 3rd or 4th after the PS1 and Gameboy and its infinite variations.
No. Everyone has to swear a blood oath to the console of their choice to register on N4G. Didn't you read the Terms of Use?
And yet more conspiracy theories abound. I love the internets. It makes peoplez so smrt.
EDIT: I feel so lucky to be one of many people who get blind disagrees regardless of what I write. It gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling to know that stupidity is alive and well on the internet.
That's like saying every RPG is poorly designed. If there is no warning then that is an oversight they should correct, but if it does warn then the author should pay attention.
What the hell is wrong with people? Everyone is going apeshit over this blog post like it's something important. One guy claims that the PS3 version sucks balls and the 360 fanboys are pissing themselves with glee and PS3 fanboys are calling to the heavens for the Mods to smite him. Everybody needs to just calm the fvck down.
First of all, to Silogon: Without proof, it don't mean sh1t. Posting a video of your steup and then showing the PS3 version of Fallout running like crap ...
Wow, what a concept. When you beat the game, it ends. I really didn't see that one coming. So Bethesda wised up and made a point of no return. Good! Playing after you have beaten the main quest is retarded because it breaks the game. After the main quest in Oblivion, no one ever mentions the sh1t that had happened. Again, this is not a bug but a common RPG design choice.
I think it's wrong to sat that developers are afraid to make a game like this. It's like saying they're afraid to make the most awesome game ever: a First-person point-and-click adventure based off of Tom Sawyer. Not that the idea is necessarily bad, it's just that sometimes what people think will be a great idea turns out to not be much fun. Also, I think the push to have multiplayer components hurt game design. If a game is done well enough, it doesn't need multiplayer; just look at Bioshoc...
Have you met the pot?
Not to be a d1ck, but "Only on this site due to the extreme amount of Sony fanboys that refuse to see reason." Where the hell is the rest of the sentence? Fanboy arguements are easier to understand when complete thought are used.
1. Or.
2. Or.
What this guy doesn't realize is that when you have DLC releasing a month after the "full" game releases it makes people suspicious. Especially when the DLC is already named. And considering that there are space considerations for the 360 it makes people even more suspicious. That screams that it is content cut from the game and saved to charge people later.
As for MS approaching developers for exclusive DLC, I think they are playing their hand incorrectly. They are b...
Okay fanboy, Just because I bring up counterpoints to your ridiculous ham-handed arguments does not mean I'm having a "Sony lovefest". So the 360 has a higher attach rate. Good for them. What puzzles me is why it's so important to you. And attempting to repeat past successes is not "living in the past", it's a business strategy. As for you dreamcast comment, you are wrong about third-party support. See, third-parties will make games for the PS3, they made very few for the ...
Wow. you seem to have a serious problem there. Are you really that ignorant to say Sony repeating what has worked for them twice before is the wrong move for them? Every console Sony has released has gone through a similar period in it's lifecycle. Granted, there are things that most people think Sony should be doing better, but since no one here works for Sony, maybe people shouldn't be saying hos Sony is or isn't doing.
EDIT: You're right. Sony didn't have competition before ...
You're right and you're wrong. Socialism and communism are closer than most people think and that confuses people. Socialism is the means to reach communism. the ideal arc is Capitalism -> Socialism -> Communism.
