Hm. Guess I missed the part where I said Nintendo can do no wrong. I was merely pointing out that they're getting criticized for doing something wrong when what they're doing has had no time to produce any results.
Go back to your cave.
He's a troll. I don't post here often because of all the fanboy garbage, but I read enough to know that at least.
There's obviously no reason to assume anything about how this guy is going to run Nintendo. But, people love to bash Nintendo, so they'll do it any chance they get.
A little bit disappointed with the setlist, but there will be DLC again that I'm sure will help. Can't wait for this to come out.
Rock Band's tour mode and improv solos look fun to me. Combine that with the hundreds of songs I already own, and I don't know if I'll have time to play GH, too.
Agreed. It makes no sense to assume anything about what direction he'll take Nintendo.
At least a Ludicolo
The gameplay was good and undoubtedly more realistic.
I understand they completely revamped everything for the new console generation, but it was bare-bones. There were some extremely basic functions and features that were missing and were never added in, and some other decisions that made modes practically unplayable (Be a Pro without skipping to next shift, I'm looking at you). EA made it sound as if a lot of the features would be added in the months after its release,...
This is exactly how Nintendo should use the mobile platform.
NHL15 was a slap in the face with how many features were taken away. This one sounds like they've added them back in for the most part, so it should be better hopefully...
They're both excellent games. The level design in Super Mario 64 is phenomenal (and that's not a slight on Banjo-Kazooie's), and the cast of characters and creativity of Banjo-Kazooie are fantastic (also not a slight on Super Mario 64's). You really can't go wrong with either.
That goalie idea is gold. I'd actually play goalie if they did that.
I'm hoping to get some Royal Blood for Rock Band.

Did you not see where I said Playstation Plus was the catalyst? It exposed a lot of people to what is a great, fun game. If the game wasn't as fun as it is, it wouldn't be the massive success that it is. There have been a lot of games made free on PS Plus that haven't had near the same success - and that's because those games just aren't as good.
Splatoon and Rocket League have kept me busy.
One of the first ones that came to mind was Black Betty in Rayman Legends. Such an epic stage.
Also love Short Change Hero by The Heavy in Borderlands 2, Still Alive in Portal, and a lot of other ones that have already been mentioned.
What people don't seem to be getting is that, if this game wasn't crazy fun to play, it wouldn't have been this popular regardless of how many people it was exposed to for free. PS Plus, like someone else said, was the catalyst, but the game itself is what is keeping people playing it and spreading the word.
This was easily my least favorite FF game that I played (I skipped XIII). Far too much like an MMO rather than a traditional FF for me. The characters were mostly boring outside of Balthier and Fran, and the story was generic and repetitive ("go get this thing" "oh wait, you can't use/don't need that" "go get this other thing" "oh wait, you can't use/don't need that one either"). I also hated the gambit system and the hunts (which made t...
Yeah, it'd be nice to be able to get some good duels going whenever we feel like it.
I enjoy the campaign, but I might wait until it's on sale rather than spend $60 if you're dead set against the online component.
I'm not one for playing shooters online much either (or offline for that matter), but I do have to say that the online component for Splatoon is totally different and worth at least trying. It's really great imo.
I just bought the new edition of the game from Best Buy that comes with Destiny and all 3 expansions. With Gamer's Club it cost $48 instead of the $75 it would have cost me to buy all three expansions. I already owned the game, but it actually saved me money buying the whole thing all over again. Crazy how much the expansions all are.
