July? maybe.
Nintendo has already given us some clues so far. They recently has said the reason why they haven't told us what the NX can do is because they don't want anyone to still any of their ideas. From the looks of things, how can MS/Sony still their ideas if their system(x1/ps4) hardware is already built. This is what brought me to the conclusion that Nintendo new idea is a new controller scheme of some sort. Its the only thing I think that MS/Sony can copy fro...
I'm pretty sure Nintendo will have more than Mario for the NX.
BTW, I predict Sega will be Nintendo backbone or platinum studios. They don't have much of a choice this time because I believe most 3rd devs will be on the fence until they start to see a higher user base for the NX. I could be wrong.
Good for Nintendo. Power isn't everything. its all about processing speed/very little loading time.
They should play to their strength which is game play. Graphics isn't their main concern, game play is.
Well, from what i can tell so far, Nintendo want to eliminate as much as loading time as they can because it allows them to make a game the way they want. I think They're simply going for the N64 approach(Fast RAM/high bandwidth storage medium) now based o...
Sorry to say this guys. Drive Club is not FREE.
Its a trail version meaning that they can remove the game at any given time.
Sony are a bunch of lairs.
Hardware was never Nintndo's biggest issue. They need software support bad, real bad.
Ok, let's get down to the nitty gritty, Nintendo has said the NX system will be something entirely new. With that said, I wonder what could that be?
Clue 1: Reggie don't like VR so its a huge possibility Nintendo won't get in to VR market with the NX. Reggie has also said the NX is going to be a home console.
I'm confused now because I ca...
The division looks different.
The 2015 version of The Division looks empty compared to the 2013 version. what happened to all the trash n wreckage in the game. They all have seem to disappear.
Well, If the environments change is part of the game engine then I'm ok with it because it would give player the sense of progression on how the apocalyptic got started. But if this is how the game looks always then I'm not happy.
@Zeref
Its obvious the game wasn't ready for E3. With Mark Cerny recently coming on board to help out with the game tells me they weren't confidence enough to show us a stage that likely to cause a system crash.
I think they did the right thing.
Every game is low poly as usual.
Fallout 4 looks like a winner in my eyes because they've added stuff you normally don't see in other video games. Like Humor for one.
The Humor were off the charts- I actually laughed.
DDR3 was built to be scalable to new technologies without the need to implement new core designs.
Well, that pretty much go for just about every hardware out on the market.scalable, or not.
Nothing is ever impossible. With enough time, any manufacture can cheat their way in to a system hardware if they so feels in order to save money.
One thing I do know about hardware is, it is define(in most cases) by the level(or amount) of electrical current it ca...
From what I tell in the photo the PlayStation Move 2 looks much lighter than the PlayStation Move 1.
Lighter controls pads = less strain = longer play time.
EDIT:
Minus the lights in front of the move controller means this photo might be fake. The lights help with the motion tracking.
@rainslacker
I wouldn't consider GDDR5 to be a cheat mechanism in this case.
Well, I'm not trying to downplay GDDR5 because its a very Ram.
However, I still think GDDR5 ram does uses some cheat mechanism of some sort because the true nature of GDDR5(in its original design)wasn't build with high bandwidth in mind.
They've simply added a feature mechanism that wasn't fully intended for DDR3.

The data management may be handled differently on different API's, but for console programming that kind of thing is typically managed by the game engine, or hard coded pointers to access the data. Bandwidth won't be affected either way, only the way that bandwidth is handled once it gets where it's going.
I pretty much know that the game engine plays a big part on How things are managed throughout the hardware.
However, I think the cause of this ...
Man, Platinum's can handle several projects at the same time. These Guys are good.
And what API are you talking about? If it's Vulcan you speak of, then don't expect much. PS4's API is lower level than Vulcan or Mantle.
That's is the point....Both Vulcan or Mantle are multithreaded dependent on how things get process through-out the hardware components.
The PS4's API lower level can do some multithreading, but its no where near what Vulcan or Mantle and DX12 can do.
All three (Vulcan or Mantle and DX12) ...
You are correct. I've seen quite of few of DDR3 vs GDDR5 benchmark test and GDDR5 always wins.
But I wonder would the result be the same once you add DX12 to the equation.
Also, I'd really like to see a new benchmark on the ps4 and x1 once Sony get their new API up and ruining on their machine.
And, If my memory serve me correctly I recall GDDR5 makes the CPU constantly have to wait for the memory to load data(bask n forth)
Looks good. Only if they can soften up the Cel-Shaded Transformers a bit.
I hope this isn't an X1 exclusive.
I think the execution of mad max game was very good despite the blurry video footage shown.
IMO I thought everything had looked and sound great. My only complaint is the car crashes slow motion are happening way too much to the point I get annoyed.
They need to change(or add something different) so that it won't seem so obvious and repetitive as far the crash crashes. The right blend of slow motion or lessen the slow motion of Car Crashes might give it some variet...
The SF mystery character might be an Indian. The eyes are the same color of a panther. A Panthers play a variety of different roles in Native American mythology. In some Western tribes, seeing a panther or hearing its screams is an evil omen, and panthers are often associated with witchcraft.
Another thing, Dreadlocks originated first with Jamaican Rastafarians and then in Indian Sages and Yogis. So yes, some Indian tribes can have Dreadlocks.
he does look ev...
