Hardly ever use my tv to actually watch tv/cable. Its a game display, Blu-ray/dvd display, or a Netflix streamer nowadays.
Nintendo, but not so much ps3. Bout equal with xbox for kids games. Heck xbox and ps3 have like several hundred games for kids as it is. No way you'd ever play them all anyways.
Kinect does do well on kids games, hardcore...well no. So actually with Kinect Id say 360 holds the advantage for kids games over ps3. But meh w/e.
With Sony's finances the way they are, I wouldn't be too surprised if they start requiring a subscription free too. So I wouldn't get too cocky just yet, bub.

You pretty much summed up every single multiplayer game. I guess you must hate playing online altogether.
PS4 and Xbox 720 are using laptop parts that are pretty dated already (let alone 6 months from now). Desktops components are much more powerful than laptop parts (but run hotter and need more cooling). Consoles do optimize better, so that's a great thing they have to help level the playing field.
If your saying you spent $2400 last year on a desktop, that's slower than the PS4, you either paid about 3 times too much or more likely, just don't know what your talkin...
PC's haven't needed "calibration" or "troubleshooting" for at least a decade now. Unless you consider going under options and selecting low, medium, high, ultra high some kind of advanced calibration.
Those catch phrases are very dated and just not accurate at all. PC's are plug and play for the most part.

What if another yrod occurs? Its not sony or ms actually even makes 1 part in their consoles. They are just promoters and contractors for all the parts to 3rd world countries to mass produce them on the cheap.
Even if you believe these mess of stats to have ps3 ahead in consoles sales (which make little to no $$ up front), wouldn't sony still be way behind in profits because MS makes far more in subscription fees and for the most part, multiplatform sales do much better on the 360?
