None of the kinect stuff was real time unless it was the voice activated stuff. Granted the demos at the beginning that they completely ran through too fast was real time but what most people will take away from yesterday is how awful and recorded the kinect stuff was.
Even with the dodgy controls this is still better than the MS conference yesterday. At least Nintendo is showing real time gameplay.
My big question for the driving games was how exactly was she making it drive? I got the boost part when she threw both hands forward but there was no mention of how to accelerate or brake.

If true this is some huge news. Also big is the leak of the Sly Cooper collection for PS3. Sony will absolutely kill it this year. Im still hoping for Move support in Dead Space 2 though.
I dont think they were at that conference because I didnt see anything remotely good about it. Maybe they were all still high from whatever kool-aid they drank at the MS event last night.
Im hoping to get a code from gamestop since I preordred it online. That combined with having bought BFBC 2 should get me into the beta on the 17th. If not then then maybe Ill have a code before it starts next week. Im glad that EA is pushing the beta out across PC, PS3, and the 360.
I hope this is true. I still own the first three so this would be a definitely day one buy for me. The games still look great even by today standards so I can just imagine how much better they will look in HD. Without a 3D tv though I wont be able to experience it that way right now.

Yeah that would be my guess as well. Ill keep trying and hope to get in soon. Got a bunch of clan mates who play BFBC 2 as well so Id love to give them some good news and see about getting into some games with them in this beta.

I wouldnt be surprised to see Sony announce a 500gb PS3 tomorrow for the current price of the 250. Then the price of the 250 will drop to 249 and if the current 120 stays on the market it could very well hit 199. Also Move will most likely end up being bundled with one of those consoles. MS could compete with those if they were willing to take a hit on the price of Kinect but I dont see that happening since they have always overcharged for add-ons.

Not until they allow everyone to play online for free but charge for the extra features. If they do that then yes Id buy a 360.

I cant wait for this to come out. Im a HUGE Superman fan so the chance to create my own character and fight alongside him in Metropolis is something I cant wait to do.
This may finally be the year I buy a Wii. So many good titles coming straight from Nintendo that I really do want to play.
