I know it sucks, but it’s literally 10 dollars more. That’s not that much. You do have to wonder when it will end. In twenty years from now will games be $100?

60 FPS is a game changer. Gameplay feels so much more smooth. Add in fast loading times and the PS5 is amazing for me.
Super excited for it. It looks to be great IMO. Even if the story just seems loosely connected to the RE universe.
Days Gone 2 was pitched as a live service game. I can see why Sony rejected the idea of it if they did. The first one wasn’t highly rated and it’s risky. I’ve played a bit of the first and it doesn’t feel nearly as high in quality as other Sony titles.
Sony holds first party to a very high standard.
It doesn’t really even matter. It’s beyond our control and you can bet your ass Sony will continue to release quality exclusives.
These game development companies are not so hurting for cash that they need to raise prices. Especially in the midst of a pandemic. It’s greed and Sony knows full well that people will pay the price for their exclusives.
They’re just damn hard to get and demand can’t keep up with supply.
The engine they are using right now is really good, but I’m sorry RE3 remake was a disappointment. It didn’t feel like a lot of love went into remaking it. Too many things were cut and it felt rushed. Like they were hurrying to get it out the door.
You don’t truly “own” the game by buying digital. You just have the rights to use it. That’s why I usually always buy physical.
Still plenty left I guess. R&C: Rift Apart, Returnal, Deathloop, RE8, Kena, and hopefully Horizon FW and Starfield. Not to mention the next gen upgrades for Cyberpunk 2077, GTA 5, and Witcher 3. Also the annual releases and anything else I forgot to mention.
This looks truly next gen IMO.
Why would they when it’s always sold very well at its current price point? It’s still selling very well and there’s no other console like it.
My thoughts exactly. Announce a new God of War to generate hype. Sony fully knows what consoles it will release on as well. It could very well be cross gen. This was just to spur PS5 launch sales.

I’d hope they wouldn’t upgrade the PS plus version for free. That would be a huge slap in the face to everyone who paid for the game.

The game is difficult and has a bit of a learning curve. You have to get to know each level which is highly rewarding. It’s a great, unique game.
