Damn the studio must want some positive PR today.
Because it’s hard to get a PS5 right now so PS4’s are still in demand.
It is a masterpiece and I’ve never played another game that flows so well. The seamless cutscenes are part of that and I’d definitely place it in my top five.
I really like Deathloop. It would get a 9/10 from me. The game can get repetitive which is hard to avoid based on its premise.

A new Tomb Raider game has already been confirmed to be in the works, but even the devs stated it is years away from any news.
Right. As soon as they used the term “AAAA” it put a lot of expectations on the dev that almost certainly will not be met.
When I played it? It felt like there was no purpose to the game. It’s a very boring game to me but I’m sure there are others out there who like it.
That’s a big reason why and this sort of thing is happening quite a bit. Like when movies are released on physical 4K and then a month later the same movie comes out with a steelbook case. People will buy the same thing over and over just in a prettier package.
Never played Dishonored, but Deathloop is awesome. It’s all about trying to find the best weapons and trinkets. Then gathering clues to figure out how to kill 8 targets in one single day or “loop”. It’s a very satisfying and addictive gameplay mechanic.
They’re banking on people shelling out for digital now and then also buying a physical copy. Collectors will want a physical copy.
I feel like we’re reaching the limit on how good game graphics can get. It’s really about the frame rate now.
DOOM is pretty tough I’ll agree. I’ve been playing DOOM Eternal and it took me a while to get used to it. Now it’s just so exhilarating to play IMO.
Everyone games differently. I like to have a bit of a challenge but not too much. Medium is always the sweet spot.
I’d really love to see a new installment. I’ve been waiting almost twenty years but I won’t get my hopes up. Bloodrayne could be done so well if it was put into the hands of the right devs.
I ordered the Western Digital 2tb SSD with heatsink yesterday and thought the price was pretty hefty tbh. $360 which was on sale from $550. Pretty hefty price but with it being marked down that much and 100 dollars higher than the 1tb it was a no brainer for me. It’s in back order for 3-4 weeks so hopefully it doesn’t take longer though.
This does seem very forced though. Having someone be black in a game about Norse mythology is diversity for diversity’ sake.
They’re just trying to be more racially diverse, which is fine by me. But these things are being shoved at us by gaming and all sorts of media that we engage in on a daily basis. It lessens racism which is definitely a good thing.
Yeah I’ll admit they used some shady tactics to hype up the PS5. They announced a new Horizon, GOW, and Gran Turismo and were not clear in the beginning about their exclusivity. And nothing gets someone more pumped to run out and purchase a new console than a new GOW game.
