You’d think they would fix what’s there before expanding anything. I’ve never seen any other dev that has blatantly lied like they have. It’s crazy how they made the decisions they have. Idk delay it and deal with some annoyed gamers or release a broken game and lie about it? Thus, completely destroying your consumer image. The people who made these decisions should be fired!
That means it isn’t coming btw if you know nothing about the games industry.
Everyone has a different opinion when it comes to how good or bad a game is, but overall we certainly have a contender for most disappointing game of the 2020’s.

What’s funnier is the people blaming all the delays on covid. Delays have been commonplace for years now. I can’t think of one Sony first party title that hasn’t been delayed at least once.
Pretty much all of Sony’s first party titles get delayed at least once. I can’t think of one that hasn’t been delayed really.
It’s only a few months from when I expected it in November so it’s ok. Definitely worth it for a better experience. 2022 is going to be crazy when it comes to game releases. HFW, Elden Ring, BOTW 2, Gotham Knights, GT7, GOW sequel, SS: Kill the Justice League, Callisto Protocol, Dead Space remake, Starfield, Forspoken. Those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
It’s a good thing it’s on GamePass because I wouldn’t want anyone paying full price for a live service game. I have a feeling this game won’t turn out well at all.
Did anyone expect it not to? If GTA V is being released on every platform then Skyrim is a sure bet. They’re both the most significant games released in the past ten years. In good and bad ways.
GTA 4 please. It’s my fav GTA game though V will always be considered the GOAT by many.
It’s why I have no problem paying extra for the PS5 upgrade. It’s rare to see dev support like this these days.
430 bucks for 2tb of storage? No thanks. I’ll likely go with a 1tb drive with a heatsink and keep all my PS4 games on my external HDD drive.

RE Village has probably been my favorite game released this year with Returnal being second.
I’m sure it will be successful, but it’s unfortunate that this will most likely mean the end of new installments in the franchise.
This is a lazy way out for game developers and leaves a sour taste. Same game just with updates for years, despite making way more money than a standard game release. The devs just sit back and release micro transactions while making millions upon millions.
As a PS5 gamer it’s kind of nice that the studios Sony acquires are always studios they’ve worked with for several years. Not just going out of their way to purchase a company that publishes a huge amount of ip’s for exclusivity. Kind of shoddy if you ask me. Microsoft paid 7.5 billion for Bethesda and it really shows how desperate they were for sales and exclusives. Haha

Yeah… almost like “hey all this free publicity is awesome, let’s drag this out because I love being noticed”. It’s not going to end well for the devs unless the game turns out to be fantastic! Here is hoping the game is great!
