"this reviewer is one person sharing his opinion on ythis game... everyone has differrnt tastes. your opinion of a game like halo 5 would likely be below the common avergage"

That's an interesting point though, in that rationale it brings up the idea that editors may be the ones at fault for assigning reviewers in a poor fashion.

Should the reviewer for any particular game be a fan of that genre as a prerequisite? W...

It's funny too because a game like Destiny had its flaws on launch just like games like Evolve did but it's obviously had some of the longest legs of any mp game this gen....and IGN gave that one around a 7 & Evolve around a 9. I get that people have opinions, but the best review outlets should reflect that general consensus after the honeymoon period is over. As gamers we are easily excited by the shiny new thing, so its natural that we give games we are hyped for high marks at l...

Don't believe it. This is viral marketing for the next gen remaster of the Nokia Snake game.

Have at it. Literally any article w/ comments, just click on the more baseless negative commenters' histories & you'll find the proof. Anyone interested in PSVR has been having to deal w/ it since its announcement. It's either downplaying, skepticism, or just flat out venom. It's all in there. Have fun.

Sony always stays quiet...Eastern business don't really share the same competitive nature & confidence bordering on arrogance that western ones do.

I think Sony's leaks speak for themselves really. Sony seems to have so much in store for the future that they can't keep the lid shut on it. I know that MS typically run a tighter ship in regards to leaks, but in the run up to E3 we have seen no fewer than 3-4 huge leaks regarding software from the PS camp (Bend...

"Can't you just please stay out of the XBox section and enjoy your console of choice and let us enjoys ours."

This is absolutely hilarious coming from you. Don't even have to dig into your comment history at all to see all of the negativity you spew on Sony articles....So you admit that PS4 is not your console of choice & anyone who feels that way should stay out of related articles? Is this an agreement? Can we get it in writin...

Also if Scorpio comes in at its rumored specs, there is no chance that it releases sub $500-600...So right back into that $1200 range, and that's without the Oculus Touch. If the Move is so integral to the PSVR experience for it to be "required" then Touch will be key as well.

Either way it's hilarious that the same people who have been working so hard to downplay concrete & legitimate information for months now are now touting these imaginary specs &a...

"Sending it into Outer SPace to space station and Mars take higher precedent, than using in a fan boy war "

Hahaha wow, so now HoloLens is going to save the space program? I've heard that it will "revolutionize the medical industry" & that it will be "the new standard in colleges", but that is a new one to me.

Crazy how we heard all of the same spiel in regards to how much Kinect would revol...

How exactly is that? Like Thrash pointed out, you will have to pay a pretty penny more to experience a library that also happens to have a helluva lot of crossover w/ PSVR. Plenty of PSVR exclusives as well that are already announced, chief among them Star Wars, Rigs, Ace Combat, GT Sport, Golem, etc....PSVR will be just fine, & MS is far from dominant at this point in time, when they aren't in the VR space at all.

Let's see how it all pans out, before we let t...

They also talked a alot about The Malaysian Job during the game. Could see Nate & Elena taking on their first entirely legal adventure, that's been set up pretty heavily.

What about a Chloe & Sam story? They seem pretty perfect for each other when you think about it, and I think they'd make a better duo than even Chloe & Cutter would.

As far as Nadine, I'd dig it, but the controversy from all of the anti-sjw crowd would be deafening. I say let em whine though, if they've got a story to tell with Nadine, they should have at it.

I honestly think Sully was the one that called Elena & clued her in on what's happening. When Drake tells Sully to go watch after her instead of following along to Madagascar, there was a tone there that suggested that Nate believed that Sully spilled the beans. Also, if Sully wasn't aware that Nate was lying to Elena about his whereabouts, he may have unintentionally told her.

I definitely want more Sully screen time & I wouldn't be against more Elena, ...

First off, if we are talking about the quality of gamers' experience w/ VR, how would MS having no investment in VR somehow help them create a better experience. For that very reason, Sony would support their VR solution much better, in order to protect their investment. I don't understand how it happened, but somehow people are equating superiority solely in investment & sales terms.

If the argument is that MS could profit more off of VR in the short term, the...

Phil Spencer is literally on record saying "VR isn't quite there yet, it's more of a future thing. AR is closer to full realization.

If Phil is MS then MS denounced VR.

Either way, MS recently axed all of their Kinect & HoloLens based studios that could pivot over to VR to create exclusive experiences, so I don't see MS making investments into their own VR exclusives...it'll most likely be a situation where they can play a lot of ...

Ace Combat, Golem, The Journey, Battlefront VR, Rigs, Psychonauts....off the top of my head but there are definitely many more.

"The thing about those games that you mentioned are that they are niche titles and not everyones cup of tea."

You could literally say that about any game in existence...you should just fess up & admit to being wrong in this instance. Sure, you can't unequivocally say that PSVR will have "better" games,...

"magine if all these rumoured consoles are all fudge haha. So much energy expended for nothing."

Either way if the same rumors that leaked these systems are to be believed, we won't be hearing word about Neo or Scorpio at E3. We will hear about the XBO slim & Sony will showcase PSVR but unless the leaks have forced the companies to show their hands early, E3 won't be the place we first get official word on this hardware.

All I really...

I'm definitely aware that this is a standard practice, I don't take issue with it in relation solely to U4, I just take issue with the practice entirely.

If a review is meant to inform a consumer, shouldn't all information pertinent to that review face that consumer in the same location? I just don't see any logic behind pushing that info solely to MC. If they don't want to utilize review scores on their own page, then they ...

Oh yeah 3 was far & away my favorite, followed by 2, I'd probably put 1 & Ascension on the same level then fit Ghost & Chains in there somewhere haha

As far as Kratos I agree it's hard to really see what the story could be about, but I'm willing to give it a shot. Even if it's just the same story in a different pantheon w/ a different Kratos I'd be fine with that. Ultimately for me the GoW series is less about the pl...

I just wanna see the games...the hardware will be interesting but hopefully neither presentation spends much time on it.

I kinda miss the days when there was only one major conference and the internet wasn't as pervasive...E3 would be an absolute blowout and games companies would hold back all their announcements for 3 days in June...the shows would be stuffed to the gills with games.

Now it's spread out so much the shows are always fun at E3, bu...

Like Stardust pointed out, Sony has a long history of producing hardware...MS' history lies with software.

That said, I'm a firm believer that content is key when it comes to gaming, & Sony also has decades worth of history in creating some of the most successful & well known franchises across every medium, so if Sony keeps cranking out killer apps then any hardware difference won't matter all that much if MS isn't backing it up with their own.
