I think you're going to be disappointed if you're playing for monster collecting and evolving, as that's not in this one, they made it more action based, so no more monster hunting, there's little creatures that help you, but they're not as substantial as the familiars were in the last game.
I don't get why people are disagreeing with you, it's a hard truth. Consoles are underpowered, running on about 5 yr old tech now, sure we're getting mid gen upgrades, but the games still have to be made with the weaker models in mind.

I think it's hard to say really, if marketed right, it could be one of those niche titles that click with the western audience, similar to Yakuza 0 and such games in that realm.
At worst it will at least sell with the fans of the series.
Has to be a new game, which is why they decided to make the name a working title, and also even update the site for the game to have it's own section. People say it may be a port because it's less dev time than the other games, but with new technology, and help from Namco Bandai, it makes sense that Sakura and the team could've gotten things done a lot faster.

Couple things wrong with this.
1. Beauty both size and looks is in the eye of the beholder.
