Why do people even buy HD-DVD. Its like a bootleg version of blu-ray. I havent seen anything positive about HD-DVD other than when they sold HD-DVD players for $99.
It makes no sense to me at all. Its consistently outsold every week, and shows no signs at all of coming back.
I mean, if your going to do HD, atleast go big with it. Why buy a $2,000 TV, then buy a $99 player that cant even fully utilize the specs of the TV.

After CoD4 and UT3, there is nothing anyone can say about the PS3. Its proven to have stronger versions of some games than the 360 after just one year, and UT3 is better than the best looking game on the platform already.

I really like Assassins Creed, and I hear Mass Effect is amazing, but they both have serious graphical issues. It may not change the gameplay experience too much, but polish wise it doesnt deserve a 9/10 on those grounds.

This game will either confirm that the PS3 is far better than any other console, or will show that the PS3 was just overhyped and nothing that great.
The way its looking though, it should be the most amazing gaming experience to date. And if the multiplayer is as huge as the single player, this might end up being the best FPS ever.
I have no idea what your talking about? LOL if your talking about after Christmas, then no, the PS3 numbers will be outselling the Xbox360, because of software lineup. The best exclusive next year is Fable 2 or something like that. Compare that to MGS4,Killzone,FF etc...(you know the list lol.)

When Drake jumps in the water while inside the temple Zoom in. The lighting on the walls has a blue tint due to the light reflecting off the water.. Its just beautifully done. The in game visuals remind me of FFX (when Tidus and Yuna are in the water.)
You really cant say enough about this game. It is obvious that this game deserved a 10/10. Kinda sucks for fanboys of this era. Not being able to play this game is really missing out on the first game I would really call next-gen...
This is stupid. Every day more people by HD DVD, with no sign of it making any sort of a comeback. If they continue to get their asses whooped this Christmas, they need to throw in the towel.
Sony should drop the price of the PS3 to $199 for December only, and end all this crap.
