The biggest one I was hoping for was MAG 2, but now that Zipper is gone I don't know... IMO that was the best fps/tps dev Sony had. White Knight Chronicles 3 or Final Fantasy XIV PS4 port would be amazing though. What ever the line up may or may not be, I'm still getting it.
Also, surprise Gran Turimo isn't on there.
It could be if Sony used Gaikai for the PS3/PS2/PS1 library, but that's just streaming wise.
I wouldn't go to crazy on it though. Didn't Sony say that they wanted the PS3 to be able to output two 1080p signals at once? Not saying that what they are trying to achieve now is impossible, but Sony DOES have to make sure it's not expensive.
I'm still more interested to see what Gaikai will bring to the table tbh, I know these next gen systems will probably be around the power of a good gaming PC now, (with some tweaking to make it better).
Yeah, I'll admit that I didn't think Halo would do well in other hands but just going off of the footage and what not, I'm impressed. Sadly I'm in the same boat though. Got rid of my 360 like 3-4 years ago.
Been waiting for this game since it was first announced back in..... 2009? Or when ever it was.
I use to hate, but if iirc, if it installs it runs somewhat/completely off of the HDD, which in turn is a good thing for someone who has a SSD installed into there PS3. I was going to wait until black friday to get a good deal on one, after seeing the goodness it does for your PS3. Nothing HUGE but I've heard/seen nothing but good come from it, which makes me look forward to games running off of the HDD.
Same, but it's hard to beat that first experience, IMO.
Panzer Dragoon series and/or Dark Cloud 1 and 2.
EDIT: Also Jet Set Radio Future, (with the entire original soundtrack if possible).
Nah, they didn't use the true color option with HDMI cables and instead used component cables. Not a fair comparison.
I wish they were that detailed about the upcoming Dragon's Dogma Hard/Speed run mode and expansion.
I agree that Sony should make some type of reward system for trophies to give more incentive to achieve them. For me, trophies give replay value to games that would be a simple run through of 6-8 hours, (God of War III or Malicious for example). Not to mention, some of the trophies are challenging to get rather it be beating the game on a certain difficulty or fashion, like in Splinter Cell HD where there's a trophy for killing no more than three guards per mission or beating Mass Effec...
This is a good sign. Hopefully this means when PS4 comes out that you will retain your trophies from PS3 and PS Vita. Because if we were to lose those trophies...........
I really hope the upcoming Hard Mode for Dragon's Dogma is well done and not just you the player takes more damage. Hopefully it's like they have a lot more HP, Attack faster, every mob is the end game version, random spawns, scale to your level, buffed version of certain mobs, etc...
I'm sure most of that won't make it, but nothing wrong with dreaming...
WKC 2 US/EU content update? WKC 3/Dark Cloud 3?
I wouldn't call him a moron, but I do agree that is really is almost common practice that you should ALWAYS back up your data, despite what platform you play on.
I really wish my new PS3 blu ray laser would hurry up and come in the mail so I fix it up and start playing games again. I wanna get on DoA 5 so bad...
Dragon's Dogma hands down for me.
I played a lot of FFXI back in the day, and I still remember when they first announced FFXIV, (I was sitting in Whitegate selling stuff when I found out about FFXIV), ever since then I wanted to play the next FF MMO. I understand they had a bad start, I'm sure any company that literally rushes a game out would of shared the same result FFXIV did. But what I've been seeing over the past year or two from them is determination to reboot the game completely, and tbh, I really do love wh...
Yeah, I was about to say...
I would of been pissed if they forgot about the people who registered those codes from FFXIII.
Also:
- Make an option in the download list to group content to one game. For example, a White Knight Chronicles folder that has ALL DLC purchased for that game in that folder and an option to redownload it all.
- Some content shows that you haven't purchased it, when you have (glitch maybe?)
- Make it to where when you try and download demos, you just download them and not have to add to cart and purchase them as if you are actually buy...
