I don't see an issue with this. I personally wouldn't bother buying an empty case, and I think you have way too much money to waste if you did buy an empty case, but I don't see why people would slate nintendo for doing this, as it seems to me they are trying to make the super hardcore fans happy. it could be that as a hardcore gamer, you like to have all your game cases in mint condition, and perhaps you damaged a case somehow. Well now you can replace the case without having to ...
Reckon the price is something to do with the supply issues. It is too high, but considering that everyone who has a switch already has a dock (unless they somehow managed to break it) I don't really see this as something that will cause too many problems. I do find it quite funny the number of fanboys jumping on this article to slate nintendo.
seriously, why are you even looking at this article.
Why do you have to be such a dick? Can't people be happy that a particular developer is making games for the switch?
Certainly looks different. Looking forward to learning more as from the leaked images it seems this has potential to be something unique and interesting. Time will tell...
@deafdani
Elder scrolls is scheduled for Q3 2017, Sonic Mania Q3 2017, sonic forces Q4 2017, fifa 18 will be around that time, xenoblade chronicles 2 will be around that time, The escapist 2, fire emblem warriors
Plus we know there are rumoured games yet unannounced. I bet we will see a deluxe version of smash round that time, if not earlier too. Stardew valley is pencilled in for Q3. and this isn't including all the nindie titles that are expected.
dude there are a number of good games available and soon to be released on switch. Zelda, MK8, Splatoon and Arms will all be big first party titles available within the first 4 months of release. so thats a big AAA game every 1 month, plus loads of quality Indie titles too.
Just because you don't like the mentioned games doesn't mean others don't. And wanting Nintendo to fail says more about you than it does them. Honestly, you need to find some others things in like to ...
I think they will announce it at E3, and it will be available straight after the announcement with a gamecube title available straight away too. its the only way they could announce VC and make a big impact with it, as normally with game announcements there are things like previews and opinion pieces to garner interest prior to launch. be difficult to do this with VC as all the games made available will already be a known quantity.
I think Switch owners would love this game on their platform. However, it isn't their fault it isn't coming to the switch. By trying to speak for others, it is you guys who sound like pathetic fanboys. Its not them and us, we are all gamers who like playing games. Why does everything have to be a competition. If it was, PC wins hands down. Done. so lets all now be friends and enjoy games
Looking at the small screens and clips of gameplay, it seems it may be somewhere in between.
I don't get what you mean when you say 'Nintendo fans have to learn'. I'm sure Nintendo fans haven't collectively decided they don't want this game on the Switch. Nintendo 1st party games sell well on Nintendo platforms as they are, for the most part, good games regardless of who made them. people don't simply buy them because they were made by nintendo.
I am a nintendo fan, I also love my ps4 and my gaming rig pc. I would love 3rd party games on my switc...
I can confirm i do not buy a game because of the trophy system. I would prefer to buy a 3rd party game on Switch due to portability though... FACT
would love xenoblade chronicles x. I missed out on this when I had my Wii U as I sold my console before it came out.
i wouldn't bother. this game is still in EA on steam and gets very little support from the devs. not very challenging and limited in its scope.
Some of these comments make me laugh. Inhale a pc ps4 and a switch. Great games on all three platforms and I'm enjoying my gaming a lot at the moment as a result.
How is this a Gimmick? there have been handhelds before the switch and consoles before the switch? Its not doing something new in that sense. The only initiative thing about it is it combining the two play styles.
How can you call Zelda a horrible game? Mario Kart, splatoon, xenoblades, Skyrim, Mario Odyssey too name a few games don't make up a horrible selection.
Nintendo haven't been great with online services so far, so I'll be really happy if they pull something special out the bag at e3.
This can't be real. Something like this would have so much exposure and be promoted like hell by Nintendo if true as it really opens up the Switch to a whole new demographic of users.
Check out each switch article and look at the comments and tell me I'm wrong.
I own a switch, a ps4 and a pc. I don't feel a victim at all. I feel very lucky as a gamer
You do know that Sony actually launched the Ps1 after consulting with nintendo about doing a console with them.... (maybe you haven't gamed that long to know this) and then sony released their remote wand things after the wii was launched....
However, I do think that "Sony always follows Nintendo's lead" is a bit too ambiguous of a statement. but there is certainly evidence to support it.
