What has already been released using Panta Rhei by Capcom or whoever?
Question: How can Capcom have unannounced games using Deep Down's engine, when Deep Down itself hasn't even been completed yet?
Sounds to me like a disaster in the making because they are doing too much right now. That is assuming that Deep Down will be their premiere title using this engine.
I think you are on to something as to why a layaway plan would make sense. However this would only work for Gamestop if the money put down was non-refundable therefore guaranteeing them a sell or at least some compensation for holding the item back against a preventing a potential sell to someone else.
It doesn't appear that a Titan has many advantages over a pilot. How can a Titan prevent a pilot from mounting them and attacking from up top? Maybe shooting through walls would have given the Titan some advantage due to their lack of mobility in comparison to a pilot.
I guess we'll find out soon how all of this works.
This is a good example of why developers should say less prior to a game's release. I mean they have literally picked apart everything that is possibly wrong with this game to the point where it's getting out of control. Damn it's a $60 game just like all of the rest. If it's your cup of tea then buy it and if not there are plently of other titles to choose from that are similar. Pepole act like they have already loss money on the game with these complaints. FOH!
Layaway if mostly for the underprivileged. Let's say you want a hot item that will sell out but you can't afford to pay for it at the time. So what layaway allows you to do is place a holding fee on the item and pay the full price by an agreed upon deadline. It only makes sense for something with either limited availability or a can't miss sells price at the time.
I agree 100%. Layaway is for holding purposes while you pay it off. If the XOne is available then this makes no sense. Save up and just go and get it when you have it all.
Surely Sony would have had this one important thing figured out before the start of all of this. Smh!
Common sense says the developers will get more output out of the XOne then where it stands today, but to say that it will catch the PS4 is unrealistic because obviously the developers will get more out of the PS4 then where it stands today as well.
Yeah that cat stays losing, but I think he enjoys sounding stupid to be honest. Kind of childish.
MS will not unbundle the Kinect because it would defeat the purpose of what they wanted to accomplish and that's an all in one device with hands free controls. When you look back the PS3 was always more expensive then the 360 but yet it caught up in sells due to content. MS is going to have to just ride it out until they release a true next gen system seller. Titan Fall could have been the one but they hurt themselves by releasing it on other platforms around the same time. They should ha...
Well written article. Can't argue something that we haven't seen. All I know is from what we have seen and heard this game is shaping up to be a classic in the making. It's uniqueness will standout and push it over the top.
Oh you have to admit they are doing a good job of building the hype. The more we learn that it's unlike anything we've seen before the easier this news will be digested by the doubters.
The writer is not comparing apple to apples here. Dead Rising 3 released to criticism with known frame rate drops, whereas 1886 has yet to be experienced. So you really have no idea if the 30fps will even be an issue yet. I don't understand the argument here.
Also let's ask the real burning question. Why does Sony get away with what MS cannot? Because Sony didn't sodomize their customers with a rusty pipe with no lube. That's why.
If the decision to have the game at 30fps is based on design choice that is perfectly fine. But the perception from these ridiculous comments is that it's based on technical limitations.
An example would be Titan Fall, where the decision to run with a max of 6v6 was a design choice, but the initial shit storm was based on the assumption that it was a technical limitation. Once the developers cleared that up you don't hear as much about it.
It hilariou...
3D BluRay capability that's why. Lol!
I will admit it that this is some BS. A lot of us know what Infamous entails, but who in the Hell knows what this game will entail? What does the bad guys look like? Or how do the weapons look? Can the main characters that you play climb walls and do melee attacks?
If you can answer this only then will your opinion begin to matter on what is needed. Otherwise STFU and be patient.
Tomahawk...I agree.
I'd say which ever merges good looks with smooth gameplay is the one to go with. This 4xMSAA sounds serious.
Asking this question is the same as asking if TLOU was your type of game. I can't see the game being what it was without Joel so this is a redundant question.
