Haha now you got me wondering what the sells are per U.S State. I might have to see if that is available. You'd think MS would own Cali.
The fact that Killzone SF is selling up there with COD: Ghost on the XOne says a lot.
1. GOW Ascension was the biggest disappointment.
2. Killzone SF looks incredible and plays smooth but was missing too much of the obvious. Those who played it know exactly what I am talking about.
3. Contrast another game that was very interesting but was so damn glitchy that you literally couldn't play it.
4. The Last of Us. This one was my fault because instead of just playing it right away, I listened to people's opinion and went into it expecting something ...
It was a good game, but unfortunately it was being compared to TLOU which didn't help it at all. It would have been better received had it come out prior to TLOU.

Again if the X1 was the better selling item, it would have surpassed the PS4 during it's opening week. Yes PS4 had an earlier start but the release was limited to two countries. The X1 released to those same two countries plus 11 more the very next week and still didn't match or surpass the PS4.

I read a report about two weeks before the PS4 launch with some ex-intern from ND that stated that she knew that UC4 would be announced at the Spike TV Sony release party because she saw the game and felt that it was well into development. Based on her comments becoming true I imagine the game will release this year.
It's misleading and illegal. To reward someone for a positive review is one thing, to pay them upfront to influence them to mislead others is another story. However, this is not a life or death situation. The X1 is not a medical device so this will get swept under the rug. That is unless Nintendo or Sony feels the need to pursue actions. Not sure what would come of it though considering that Sony sold all they could make so it didn't really effect them.
Based on the sells I would say not.
This may sound crazy but I think the XBox One has more software sells due to the PSN having so much free stuff right now. Contrast, War Thunder, Resogun, Don't Starve, Pinball, more pinball, backlight, and war hawk are all free. I probably missed one or two. I'm not saying these are all good games, but the point is they are free and kept me from buying physical disc since launch.
Had open sand box games been the most dominant I would agree. However shooters ruled. But I agree Red Dead was a blast with an excellent story.
Neither of these two games are game of the generation however TLOU should when last year simply because there really isn't any other game like it.
Modern Warfare 1 is the best game of last generation in my opinion. Last gen was dominated by shooters and this one was king.
I guess voice acting is an under appreciated art form because never have I looked to buy a game based on who's playing a role.

I think it would make more sense to buy this on the 360 based on the already established online crowd. Unless this game runs a t a higher resolution on the X1 why get it risking less opponents to play online?
This writer is smoking rocks if he thinks Titan Fall deserves the 2 spot graphically.

The title is inaccurate. The developer said they were targeting 1080p/30fps on both and they were surprised to achieve 60fps on average on the PS4. Speak the whole truth and stop twisting up stories.
