10 days in and we have a contender for worst list of 2011...I was expecting meaningful titles that no one played (e.g. Folklore, Pixel Junk Monsters, Calling all Cars).
This was a waste of time only a few of those games were worth playing in the first place

If somebody trademarks something, which they did. Then they have the right to sue over its misuse. That doesn't mean its right, but its the law. The UFC has sued a lot of people over things you would think are not illegal uses. Here is an example
