If I could hit agree twice...I would. I could careless about the graphic comparisons blah blah, it's the actual gameplay that has me disappointed.
Most notably aiming down the sights, it bugs me that when you see an opponent streaking across the middle of the map you can't keep up with them while aiming down the sight even when you turn the sensitivity all the way up. Really hope they address the aim speed, I get not being able to run and aim down the sights...but ...
I am personally a bit disappointed with the beta, but it has nothing to with visuals etc. I'm just not digging the gameplay that much, something feels very different and not in a good way. Maybe it's just the map or something, I really dislike the subway portion.
We are both going to get a shit ton of disagrees, but I absolutely agree with you. I am not at all impressed with the beta.
I'm still trying to pin down exactly what is turning me off (I did play BF2 & MOH extensively), but I think it is a combination of jerky controls when aiming down the sights (enemies outrun your sights even when turning up sensitivity) and identifying your opponents is a nightmare (especially in the subway portion of the map).

So...now there are kinetic peripherals...that enhance the quality of detection (could be reading this wrong...but doubtful)? Very confused because I thought it was supposed to be accurate without the need of an additional peripheral. If they're going to start introducing peripherals to enhance the kinetic's detection then basically it's just like the Wii & Move...so confused

@Scyph not sure why you got disagrees...you are right. MMA 2 is affected by the strikeforce acquisition...while zuffa bought pride a few years ago... pride has zero to do with ea mma...this acquisition brought anderson silva, hendo, rampage and the gang to the UFC.

This is exactly how Kinect is going to hold value to me...I own one and haven't touched it for a very long time. I honestly believe the only way to make that thing useful is to incorporate it into existing controller based titles...
I think it would be incredibly cool to have an OPTION to throw magic, interact with the world map etc. Makes the game feel more interactive/engaging. As long as they are not breaking/changing core principals of the game why not.
I think L.A. Noire will continue to pick up steam...I'm a huge fan of this game and Heavy Rain (although a bit different). Really like the genre that is starting to formulate here and look forward to seeing where developers start to take this. Could be the start of something very good...
Yes, people are going to bet real money on a game that is notorious for having rampant cheaters with little to nothing being done to stop them...that's where I want to invest my money

Hmm...I guess this is why organizations need a hierarchy and leadership...anyone with half a brain could have told them this was a lose/lose battle from the get go.
I understand the intentions (but don't agree), but at the end of the day it takes a collective organized "well thought" approach to make an impact on an organization as large as Sony.

DA2 is very underrated...wish people would actually play a game before they start talking about it. This generation has no opinion, they just agree with whoever talks the loudest.

I feel like RPGs have such unrealistic expectations for every game that comes out. If they would have changed nothing people would still complain...perfect example is FF13. First of all it's a great game, but everyone bitched about it not being FF (ie turn-based). However, if it were turned based then everyone would say it's not innovative enough.
I'm playing this game with a controller and I'm happy they made it more user friendly or "mainstream"...
