Not sure why you got a bunch of disagrees...you are correct. All anyone needs to do is Google NBA 2K11 or NBA 2k12 game breaking PS3 glitch.
They actually released a patch after the annual release to break the previous years game...I am a fan...but that is all kinds of messed up.

This position exists for one purpose which is to quickly sway perception. If things go great the person in this position is heralded, if they go poorly he loses his head in an attempt to appease the consumer.

I tend to go back and forth on this issue, not even going to try to lie and say I don't.
Part of me understands where they are coming from, various reports (NewZoo, Nielsen etc.) say anywhere between 30%-50% of gamers regularly purchase pre-owned products. I am one of those people that purchases pre-owned regularly. If such a high percentage of folks are purchasing in this manner it absolutely affects profit margins for studios...that is just the truth of it.

I could have done without the events leading up the the whiteout snow that tacked on an unnecessary two hours to the game for no apparent reason...seemed really out of place. Still the best game i have played in a really long time.
