Say PS4 Neo is at 4.1 while Scorpio is at 5 TF. They are very much in the same ballpark. And considering both consoles will be held back by their original PS4/XB1, the specs themselves aren't going to be maxed out. The Scorpio could be 50 TF and it wouldn't do it any good with the XB1 holding it back.
Honestly the whole Windows 10 thing is a huge mistake. If you have an Xbox One you would know that its user interface is horrible. That forced Windows 10-like UI is to blame for that.
A console needs its own UI designed from the ground-up for its specific features and needs. Xbox One suffers from Microsofts forced Windows 10 push.(and we still see hints of that forced Kinect and TV TV TV integration)

The majority of consoles sold from here on out will be the cheapest ones available. Take for example Holiday 2015. The Gears Of War Ultiimate XB1 and PS4 Uncharted Collection $299 bundles sold like hotcakes. People did not buy these bundles because of the games offered, they bought it because of the prices.

They aim for addiction with stupid login rewards and incentives. Also, grind. Lots of grind. It's annoying and I don't feel like playing games that don't respect my time.
