No worries, glad you take the time to stay accurate. I'll take your word for it, seems to be the case for most games.
LOL at diefiend thinking same resolution = same graphical fadelity.. how cute!
Something must be faulty, I say that as I've had an Xbox since Novemeber and my controller hasn't disconnected once. Plenty of other semi-annoying glitches, that isn't one of them for me.
Destiny Beta was 900p, the retial release was 1080p so the author is just wrong.
Xbox releases at a sub full HD resolution, everyone laughs claiming look at that pathetic hardware... PS doesn't hit 1080p, it's fine as it's an intensive game (so long as it's better than XBO)... Parity, PS version is gimped.
Most multiplat games will always run better on PS4, but it's sure going to be amuzing watching all the hate at resolution parity on com...
26 excuses, that's truly sad... hey I've got one you missed. I enjoy playing on Xbox.
Speak for yourself, I like Xbox, even with that weak ass jaguar CPU.
So much exaggerated bias. Xbox is fine.
Need a plex subscription to get it day one, then in future it'll be a single payment on xbox one. I'll wait an see, honestly the media player app pulls from plex pc amazingly anyway.
Cool story man, I chose Xbox One and am more than happy with the 2 first party racing games released. I also game on PC so being 0.4x less powerful doesn't really cut it with words like superior, staggering, pushing graphical boundaries... but hey enjoy yourself!
@iistuii - the in game drivitar racing speed is defined by the difficulty setting.. basically if yours is set to average or highly skilled the drivitars are going perform at that level. The drivitars are more about 'play style' than anything esle so they'll learn how the placer races, such as how clean they race, how they corner etc... It makes the AI much more believable, but it's not akin to the digital version of a friend. I'm always getting nudged or being held of a...
Who 'cares', more XBO games are 1080p than are not... aka most, XBO is on system Firmware release number 10, Play 360 and XBO games in your browser coming, 'the Titanic'.. there was only one.
@PeaSFor - link, evidence? That's a serious accusation, it'd defintely change my mind on Turn 10 if you can back that up.
Going by these sources there's only 100k available for the first quarter, that's confusing as hell. Why only 100k consoles for 3 months when a single retailer had 16k of preorders, makes no sense... someone is messing up their figures/information.
Guys the info is all out there, can't believe people honestly think it's 100k shipped.
The Chinese Goverment approved 5 million units to be sold in their region. There were 16k preorders announced for a single retailer, it's pretty clear they mean 100k sold and not shipped.
I still think the appoved number is way too optimisitic, unless it's some kind of overall limit.
I'm on the same boat where I really like Forza 5 but after an hour or so I'm wore out, no assists requires a lot of concentration, and frustration usually wins out.
Forza peaked with me at FM2, played for 100s of hours, since then I just like the motorsport franchise in short bursts.
Horizon 1 changed all that, it brought fun to the equation, played it for many hours. The Horizon 2 demo put a big smile on my face, it'll me much more of the same.....
I never liked Gears either, still vividly remember the announce trailer with the song 'mad world', one of the all time best trailers imo.
Pretty sure I read someone preordered a game this way and it never unlocked until the UK release. Although I'm not sure if they kept their Xbox set to US.
I've also used this region free feature before, works great, although I probably wont for Horizon 2 as it's only £44.99 on the UK store and $59.99 on the US one.
That's the cheapest digital release we've had in the UK so might buy this way to show support for the pricing.
Not true mate, PSN is easier to attack, nothing to do with customer install base. LizardSquad attacked XBL the last round when PSN went out. LIVE had limited login functionality for 30mins, then went back up. I'll quote the culprits at that time:
"Microsoft props to you for giving us a challenge, good work. Sony, smh."
The truth is MS are better protected, they have a dedicated team monitoring their network 24/7 with the ability to switch off...
Forza has always had a photo mode and a replay studio. X1 has been able to do screenshots from month 3, for troubleshooting preview updates (screenshot with error report), they have confirmed it's coming as a feature after this holiday, although if I'm honest I don't care much for that feature... game DVR is more than sufficient for me.
That's my point ;)
