oh man, black death - what you get when the gunsmith merges your red death and black hammer... kills restore health, crazy range, solar damage, can swap between pulse and sniper style firing/scopes

the introduction of the exotic shard pretty much cut the rate of xur engrams in half or worse.
but by now, don't even the most casual of destiny players already have a pretty healthy stock of fancy weapons and armor? yeah, it'd be nice to have a rare item made available for just a couple weekly strike's worth effort - but i certainly don't mind having rare items feel rare and happen when they happen.
frankly, for most of the standard game, icebreaker is a much more valuable weapon. gjally only really matters for raid bosses.. for me, i was much more excited to see icebreaker for sale than if I had seen gjally - i don't mind at all relying on friends to do some of the heavy hitting. teamwork is fun

they should've called them 'child accounts' in the first place. i mistakenly created a subaccount and used it primarily just thinking it was a way to make another PSN name. stupid me didn't realize i can't fund my wallet directly, can't use the share button properly, can't be real name friends with anyone... but alas, hope is in the air

absolutely agree. i know multiple people who jumped at ps4s with that game. did it deserve to be the first system seller? maybe not. but that game definitely did the job...
