Absolutely love the simplicity of it. There are soooo many nice headphones out there with mics that will work with the console now. Gaming headsets have their place but its nice to be able to grab any headphones lying around be able to game and broadcast and chat just like that. The port also sounds a lot better than expected given the potential bluetooth compression. Really loving this console so far.
Nice piece. Those guys are a real treasure for gaming consumers.
There's a balance im enjoying. Flower and resogun have really made my day, along with warframe. I got my bf, cod, kz, nba, ac in, but it was a great day bc of those other titles.. Lets hope xbox live holds upbetter than psn did!
Resogun remote play is killing me. Just so good..
Its pretty much like a graphics card fan. At peak it can make some noise, but generally doesn't sweat. It's not silent unfortunately, but its not really loud or anything either. Very reasonable for its size and cost...
Yeah. Felt like the last exhausted mile of a marathon. Excited. But too gassed to really revel in the #greatness...
But now that my ps4 is up and running with several games to play (so many free/cross buy owned already too!), I can forgive Spike/Sony. Would have been much worse the other way around with a great show and no system...

There is an option in remote play settings to either go direct or through your network. One might work better for you than another. My guess is using the network is better, esp if your ps4 is hooked up to the router by ethernet. 'direct' sounds better but it actually brings in more burden on your system and could also add additional wireless latency.
Remote play + live streaming are definitely two surprisingly simple and functional features for me.
I cant get enough of how awesome my vita is now, playing resogun etc perfectly... cod, killzone, ac4.. They all just work, even upstairs! Multiplayer fps is a little rough given the button layout and lag disadvantage, but still works quite well. Cant wait for more games to come out!

a really solid list. especially love the free to play games. they look really really solid on all those twitch streams that are already up
as great as that game was, the game that totally put it over the top for me to HAVE to get a SNES was totally Street Fighter II. I flipped out being able to play that at home against friends, etc...
all else fails, grab the 3.5mm cable and plug it into your dualshock 4 in the meantime
pretty sure i'm going to trust the views of people actually working on ps4 indie titles more than of someone just conjecturing... and all of them keep gushing about how easy (and cheap) it is, regardless of the legal lingo on certification etc that may exist in some contracts out there.

too bad it's such a cloudy day. kinda makes everything look so drab... and there isn't much dynamic energy or crowd environment going on. racing games already looked so good this gen; this is going to be a tough genre to pull away with... like does forza 5 really look like a generation leap vs GT6? it will be interesting to see where the racing sim fans flock by year end...
