I wonder if it's possible to complete the entire game with Link never putting on any clothes?
I want to try.
If it only sells 5 million, that's because that's all Nintendo can make in 2017.
They could sell 20 million if they could meet demand.
They can't.
I strongly agree with these three:
Timesplitters HD Collection
A New Star Fox that doesn't suck
A new Metroid Prime made by Nintendo
These were all awesome games and I had a lot of fun playing each of them in the past.
Overwatch and Luigi's Mansion sound fun too. I haven't played either of them but would like too.
Ninty is just saying that because they know there's no possible way for them to meet demand with the measly 2 million units they shipped.
Unless they can pull another 20 million out of their butts in the first year, expect non-stop shortages everywhere.
I think this is the best idea ever. Soon enough all trophies for all games will be purchasable with real money and then no one will care about them again. Then gaming will be returned to its previous more evolved state when games never had them and people just played to have fun.
I agree. The point of games should be to have fun, not to reach milestones or compare epeens which is what trophy lists are for.
Completely wrong. Medieval ladies would wear chainmail bikinis to seduce the enemy soldiers. Everyone knows this!
Wow the fanbois are clueless. This isn't a third-party console like the Ouya was. This is a mainstream AAA console release by a big name brand with worldwide recognition for sale on the global market. A hundred million people are going to want to buy this, and their worldwide release is a pathetic 2 million units.
No that's not enough. It's not even close. Had they released in the first month with 20 million units, maybe they could have met the demand in the fir...
I think most people will be wanting carts so they don't use SD storage.
That said you can get a 128gb microSDXC card with 80MB/s transfer rate for about $40, which isn't that bad. That's probably what I would get. You can get larger cards but I would want one with a good transfer rate if I was using it for games.
Dungeons 2 you mean. Neither Dungeon Keeper had microtransactions.
I tried Dungeons 2 and just couldn't get into it. It felt more like a horror-themed amusement park than it did Dungeon Keeper. I want a true sequel to Dungeon Keeper, and I just don't think any developer is up to the challenge.
I'm thankful that they are releasing it on PC. Nier was one of my favorite games on the Ps3 but I don't have and won't be getting a Ps4. Having it on PC gives me a chance to play a sequel I never would have had otherwise.
I may wait until there's a GOTY edition with all the DLC included.
I did the same thing with Skyrim. I waited a long time for the GOTY edition. I saved a bit of money getting the entire game in one go rather than buying it piece by piece.
Yes. The point of games is that they are fantasy. I want to see games with characters that aren't just well-endowed, but are ridiculously-endowed to the point of being superhuman. It makes it more fun.
Microsoft shot itself in the foot with the RROD issues the 360 had. I know multiple people who were hardcore xbox fans who went through 3 or 4 360's because they would each die in sequence and they would just buy another one because they had such a huge game library.
Who would put up with that? That's just outright abuse. I absolutely do think a lot of former xbox gamers jumped ship because of quality control.
If it comes with that shirt, I don't want it!
Ugh. *shudder*
Looking forward to all the Atlus games I've been missing out on lately. They released a lot of games for DS and I never owned one. Hopefully there will be Switch ports for lots and lots of Japanese games.
Nintendo creating artificial scarcity again. Drive that hype train! Drive it hard!
F U Nintendo!
Ninty should have released the specs months ago. It's already in production and retailers are taking pre orders. They are past the point of changing the specs - so why continue to keep them secret? It's rigorous inflexibility for the point of rigorous inflexibility. Utterly stupid.
They could solve the P2P instability by simply coding the game to monitor your connection speed and boot you off if it drops below a specific thresh-hold. I don't see it as any different that having a minimum CPU or RAM in the game's hardware specs. Want to play their game? Get better internet.
I've had the same thing happen to me in Elite. It also uses P2P online and it's obvious whats going on when you fly somewhere and a laggy player is nearby. The whole ...
How many units got shipped to the UK? Are they sold out or can they sell more?
If they sold 250k Ps4's in the UK during the first week, and Nintendo didn't ship that many Switches to the UK there is no way for them to outsell the Ps4. Which would make it Nintendo's fault for not shipping enough units, and not a sign that there's not enough demand for the Switch in the UK market.
With only 2 million Switch's shipped at launch, I doubt t...
