Agreed. I enjoyed the MP far more, and the overall game felt more polished.
That said, as long as GG keep adding to KZ3 with patches, it should only get better
I'm glad MS:A is getting this kind of support. It's a very refreshing racing game
Writer is 100% correct on this one. Betas get treated like big demos that people download for fun. While there's nothing initially wrong with this, you get people who aren't fans of the game/series, and they go off complaining and spamming forums with how the game should be changed to suit them.
I hate to say it but so much was taken away from Killzone 3. It's still great in multiplayer, but so much was taken out because so many complained about things that WERE N...
Got this yesterday, absolutely brilliant game from what I've played so far
Just for anyone wondering, Gamespot gave the PS3/360 versions 9/10
Didn't they have to sell 2 million to break even? I know it's sold a lot in the UK, not too sure about everywhere else.
Agreed, Nanosuit is like having to make real time tactical choices when faced with a situation - which is always different when playing against other people.
Adds a lot of variety to the multiplayer, and I thought it makes for far more interesting encounters with other players
There's just no weight to a case with no manual. When you get a game you've been waiting for for weeks/ months/ possibly years, and you finally have it in your hands - well without a manual it feels less like the complete package, and more like a waste of plastic with a disc in it.
I don't really like this, open a case without a manual and it just seems empty. It's something I've always found crappy about DVDs etc
It's funny how we have all of these sites giving out reviews of the same game, yet IGN's version reaches the highest amount of degrees in the least amount of time. Just goes to show the influence such a shoddy review site still has...
In any case, well done Crysis 2. I for one enjoyed the multiplayer demo, despite its flaws.
That's much closer than most people anticipated, great.
HERP DERP KZ3 5/10 GAME
Don't give these trolls the hits they want -_-
According to IGN it's too similar to Yakuza 3 to warrant a good score/ better score than Yakuza 3, despite numerous improvements in many aspects of the game... Because that makes sense.
Thankfully Gamespot have given this a pretty fair review.
Friends playing as Drake and Sully. I can't think of a sweeter co-op partnership right now
If Skyrim/ Witcher 2/ Mass Effect 3 all turn out to be crap, then yes, RPGs are dying (the big ones anyway). But chances are, none of the above will be crap.
If said games all release in 2011 and aren't pushed back, then I dare say this is one of the best years for RPGs we have had in a looong time.
I loved playing as Saejima in the demo. The ability to finally knock fat-ass yakuza down is extremely welcome. Then I realised I could even pick them up with minimal effort!
Yessss. Seems like Insomniac is really going all-out with R3, I can't wait to see the full extent of the multiplayer.
Finally getting Yakuza 4 at the end of the week. Dragon Age 2 took up much more time than expected, but I can't wait to get stuck into Yakuza again. Even got an Akiyama PSN avatar to build the excitement
Black Ops on 360 is better, this is reason enough to ditch the idea of getting a PS3.
WHAT.
We all know gaming revolves around one game that will be replaced with a new CoD at the end of the year.
Dynasty Warriors is a great when you want a relatively simple game, that's still a lot of fun. The new fleshed out story mode is just the icing on the cake for me
