Haha, yep! So much Jet Set Radio influence which I love. Crackdown too. Both are two of my favorite games.
"It's your awesomepocalypse, so do what the hell you want.'" Best quote ever :D
So awesome!
Damn, so awesome! Love the style.
Sounds like some good, ole, epic fun to me! Can't wait to play
Pretty exciting to see the new IP's in the list: Sunset Overdrive and Quantum Break. Both look awesome and like they could be new franchises.
Halo is a no brainer, I guarantee there will be Halo at e3 :D. Gears of War? That one I am not so sure, they might hold off to reveal that one later when it gets closer.
The writer worded it as a bottleneck, not the developer. ESRAM if anything is a way to get around the bottlenecks in the system. It is a GPU Cache for doing mostly post processing effects. As he said in that article ESRAM is a tech that people will build very cool solutions around.
Also definitely agree with him about parallel processing being the main objective with next gen performance. Once developers get their engines optimized for parallel computing we will see games tha...
That is a good question, I can't really think of any. Some games like Fruit Ninja are more fun with touch but even that game works on almost all inputs.
Ex-friend? :D
Perfect Dark 3rd person adventure game... hmmm, I like it! I hope it is legit. Battletoads too, please! Everything in that list is epic, if true e3 is going to be insane.
I am in agreement with everyone that says this game is wonderful! It is, it really is.
Child of Light is wonderful, buy it now!
New trailer is here too http://www.youtube.com/watc...
Looks so amazing. UbiArt >>>> all
So far, in my opinion, this is the best looking next gen game. So smooth and so detailed, still leaves me in awe every time I turn it on. I wish the load times were a little bit less, but those textures definitely make it worth waiting for them to cache :D
Because it makes you feel like you just joined the hard core gaming club :D. If there is one series that stands out as "for hard core gamers only" it is the Souls series.
I have this on Steam but I haven't gotten around to playing it.. I really need to! As for esram, good to hear it was easy to work with, even though the game might not pushing any extreme graphics.
Haha, very true. Install base is hard to ignore. But also having an engine already built and optimized plus assets definitely makes it easier to continue on the platforms you know, so I do think they are being partially honest as well.
I also do agree with them that these next gen systems are not just PC's. The unified memory definitely makes them unique, engines built around PC's won't get the best performance on X1 or PS4, they really do need to be built with pa...
I am pretty interested in all the shows from an idea standpoint, hopefully they turn out well. Especially interested in the interactive elements for the street soccer, changing camera angles etc is cool, but I hope we get to participate in choosing who makes the teams and what positions they play etc too.
That is sad for X1 owners, but luckily all these games are on Steam for reasonable prices and very low specs so playing them shouldn't be an issue. I am sure many people will disagree, but I am just pointing out solutions for anyone who is worried about missing them.
Pretty impressive considering how many characters are on screen, I wonder what engine they are using? In house or are they using UE, Source, Cry etc..
