So basically Uncharted 4. That is ok though, luckily for Sony Naughty Dog is good enough for that game alone to be enough reason.
Have yet to put a disk into my ps4, so no issue here haha
Not worried at all, the beta was great. Much rather have gameplay betas than early reviews.
No haha. Scripted means it has a set script it runs through for the animation sequence. Animations are either scripted or dynamic. In this case dynamic code is running set scripts. Like I said, it isn't a bad thing, in fact it is a lot more work for the designers since each animation is created by hand. The alternative of dynamically generated animation is to let physics and code patterns animate the players based on collisions between the players, weapons and their environment.
...
I suppose it could be, but everything I have seen looks great.
It is more scripted than I imagined, I figured most of the animations were generated on the fly and not canned. Same with cameras. Not a bad thing though, definitely lets the developer fine tune what the user will see.
Lol, not sure about second. I have Ori, Sunset, Forza Horizons ahead of it for sure but PressPlay has definitely become a developer I really look forward too.
Yeah, at 640x480 resolution. No real ps4 fan would ever lower themselves to such pedestrian pixel levels :P
Similar size to Forza 5, makes sense. 36GB
I do wish it had a Single Player component. Gameplay wise they nailed it but there isn't really a narrative to build the brand off of. I suppose COD and BF have the same issue though, really only Halo has had success in building a world and characters people care about when it comes to competitive FPS's.
Competitive advantage lol. I still can't believe there is an x86 device that can't do true multitasking. I love my PS4, but let's be honest it is about as barebones and featureless as any device ever created. The performance advantage is basically that their system has no features.
That is what I did! But if you like Indies, you really need a PC too. Steam dominates that market.
Hard to see how even a Sony fan like Pozzle could like DS4 over X1 controller. The battery life is so much longer "double to triple that of DS4 depending on what you are doing", it is more comfortable, their wireless headphone adapter has built in volume controls for mic and audio, the rumble trigger are actually useful for gameplay "breaking in driving games will never be the same". Sure it costs extra to get rechargeable batteries and wireless audio, but if you are willi...
It is just a tv ad. It has no purpose except to get peoples attention and make them interested in the actual product. You can't play a TV ad, at least not yet haha.
Graphics look fine just wish they would fix the clunky gameplay. Was my only real complaint with the X1 version.
Or maybe they loved the last game. It was pretty after all really good. For me Uncharted 4, Halo 5, Quantum Break and Rise of the Tombraider are all tied for most anticipated. Can't wait for all of them.
He is probably right. Although I am not so sure his idea of cloud gaming is quite ready. But I could easily see Microsoft especially making a console UI for Windows similar to the touch UI they brought to Windows 8. This would allow you to buy a game once and play it anywhere. Similar to what they are doing with games and apps in the Windows Store that you buy once and can play on Windows 8 and Windows Phone.
One of the main goals of DX12 is to make code sharing between mobil...
Probably the best Zombie genre game I have played. Buggy, but so very good.
I loved the second part of the story arch. Also loved the combat, blocking and countering felt so good. Hated the parts where you had to shoot the hordes though. I would probably give it around a 7.5. Definitely worth playing but not at 59 dollars. More a game I would recommend for 30 or less.
That is the most ghetto PC I have ever seen :D. Nice work though
