I don't think it is Cortana but it could be a new Spartan controlled by a chip similar to Cortana.
To me it has been the best launch I have been a part of for sure. Not only tons of exclusives but almost all of them have been great. Forza 5, Titanfall, Peggle 2, Ryse, Dead Rising, Max, Plants VS Zombies, Kinect Sports Rivals have all be so much fun.
And although it missed the launch window, Super Time Force is probably the best bullet hell game ever created.. it is that good!

You would actually need a multi array mic with noise cancelation for it to be worth anything. It would also need to be in a location where it would be able to pick up on the multi array directional audio input so that would mean your console could not be in your cabinet. Basically it would need to be something like Kinect.

It is about as dead as the PS Eye and Move. There will still be games for it but they will be games focused on Motion. I do think Kinect as a way to enhance games like it is used in Dead Rising 3 is probably dead though. Which kind of makes me sad. I especially thought the heart rate and expression system could have been very cool ways to enhance single player games. Personally, to me, 1080p as far as enjoying games means absolutely nothing. I didn't experience a single game in my all time top ten in 1080p and I loved them all.
Yeah, they will. They lost a lot of creative talent but they also gained a lot of talent, for example Corrinne Yu. They still have talented people, just some different faces. Makes it kind of more exciting since they might bring newer and better ideas.
Sometimes I feel that way with really long story based games. I tend to only play Bioshock games once, even though two of them are in my top 50 of all time. I think the reason is that the gameplay in Bioshock while serviceable, isn't what makes those games great. It is the story and characters that really make those games.

I think with Sunset Overdrive, they just wanted to get exposure time. E3 is such a sea of content, sometimes games get lost. As for Halo 5, I think they wanted to let us know it is coming but that E3 is going to be about the Remastered versions and next E3 will be Halo 5's time.
I think we will still get a trailer for Halo 5, but I think they want to focus on the games that are coming out soon.
Titanfall actually has a lot of platforming gameplay, really love that aspect of it. Sunset Overdrive looks like it does as well. Second Son did too. Although there aren't many traditional platformers in 3d, it still lives on in other genres.
Are they worth it? Depends on whether you like to play games or hate on them.
