Minecraft was popular in alpha as well as beta. Hell, I'd say it's still one of the most popular games released in the past couple years.
Dragon Aerie? I thought that that was easily one of the most memorable locations in the Souls series... oozing with artistic style. Not to mention Majula, Things Betwixt, Sinner's Rise, and many other great locations.

Free to play just sounds like another way of saying microtransaction/pay-to-win model. Though, I hope this isn't the case because some of the concepts they were talking about in this game have me pretty excited.
I was never one for MMORPG's, but after playing the PS4 beta for A Realm Reborn, I can sincerely say that I am excited for this. I had a blast playing the 6 or 7 hours that I had time for in the beta. Truly lovely graphics for such a huge, multiplayer focused game. It's like Kevinsheeks said, when I go into a channel and see a woman with half of her chest hanging out, I'll give her the benefit of the doubt at first. But most of those channels are just littered with with sexual innuendo and sexually charged chatter. There are most certainly attractive women that stream that also provide entertaining content, but that's rare to see on Twitch. Thank you. The females that stream on Twitch, that very obviously show their cleavage, make me sick. It is a huge slap in the face to anyone who actually provides a good channel without having to objectify themselves, because, ya know, they're actually there to play games and ENTERTAIN people. I swear, so many channels that are worthy of viewers get overlooked, while channels with clueless, pretty girls get thousands of viewers --who eventually PAY them to continue being clueless and pret...

Anyway, it might be happening now, but what on Earth took them so long?! They make Cars, the worst Pixar movie ever, and then they almost immediately make a sequel to it --which is worse than the original! Now they're planning a third Cars... but oh well. As long as The Incredibles 2 is amazing, I'll be happy.
The Incredibles is so good! I will forever be upset that The Incredibles ended on the perfect note to make a sequel and they never capitalized on it... -_-
Oh man! You've never played Spelunky?! You're in for a treat! Easily one of my favorite, if not my absolute favorite, indie games. Extremely addicting, great gameplay, and an awesome soundtrack put it right up there with the best!
All I want is the Hotline Miami soundtrack stuck in my head! It's a phenomenal soundtrack, especially if you're into fast, retro-synth. Love it.
Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes is definitely not getting a free pass. Simply put: it's a great game. The graphics, sound design, and cinematography are wonderful. Not to mention that its gameplay is probably some of the best in the stealth genre right now. I would say that it's a fantastic, almost perfect game, but because of its length, it isn't. The length just left me wanting more, but that was after I sunk more than ten hours into it, which is a good length, but for a Metal...
Rocksteady explicitly said that it was a new character they co-developed with DC specifically for this game. Not saying that Azrael is a bad character, but if it ends up being Azrael, I don't think I'd be the only one just a little disappointed.
I'd buy that.

Seriously though, I love shows/movies/books that tackle controversial themes. When games do it, I'm even more excited, because they're so rare.
I mostly agree. I've used the Playstation controller since the first Playstation, so if the controller changed too much, I think that a lot of people wouldn't be happy about it, myself included. The DS4 still feels like the old controllers, so that's both good and bad, depending on how you look at it.
But I totally agree with the PS4 lacking in a major FPS right now. I think that they tried to make Shadow Fall that major title, but in the end it was less than sat...
