22.6% more pixels on PS4 do not seem to make any significant impact on graphical quality between the two.

I liked many of the original ideas, and it is not too late to bring some of those ideas back to Xbox One.
Sony is walking into a trap.
They only have one chance. MS has to completely screw up and reintroduce Don Mattrick and have him chant TV, TV. Otherwise Microsoft has simply way too many bombs for Sony to overcome.
The gen was essentially over in 2012 and PS3 didn't catch up to X360 until 2013. So Xbox Won.
PS4 version has 22.6% more pixels. I don't think that is very significant. PS4 version will be marginally sharper bit otherwise they will be essentially the same game.
This is why tiled based resources on Xbox One is going to be crucial to get that extra 6GB of streamed tiled assets through hardware.
I have died so many times but I enjoy every second of this game.

We got enough Heat on X1 to last until 2015.
First not only is the X1 CPU clocked higher but it has access to more memory bandwidth on X1 (68 GB/s access 5 GB DDR3) vs PS4 (shares bandwidth with GPU but is locked at 20 GB/s).
PS4 APIs are already good at multithreading. DX11.2 is terrible at multithreading and suffers from massive overhead at the hardware abstraction level due to heavy OS and the API itself.

The Xbox One is constantly evolving and changing, and receives updates monthly. I am not sure how a claim as such could be made when the console has not been out for less than a year.
If you think Halo 4 multiplayer is lacking go back and play Halo 3, and Tell me if you think it's slow play style would hold up well right now. I don't. Halo 4 Multiplayer was essentially a refined Reach which I thought was superior to the old MP. The single player campaign is perhaps the best in the series, right next to CE, and the heavily underrated ODST.
