It shouldn't matter, but the gamer on the short end of the stick (almost) always feels a little resentment for not getting the same treatment as fellow gamers on other platforms. As a PS3 owner last gen, I can tell you it matters (a little bit). I always resented that month wait while everyone else was already playing the new COD maps. Then I just stopped buying them to show my discontent and I didn't care anymore after that, lol. As a bonus, I saved $60 a year by not buying the m...
Can we please have a way to reduce the volume of those intro/transition clips? They are WAY too loud. I never could figure out how to reduce the audio volume of transitions.
Agreed. And there are people like me who never got around to playing TLOU on the PS3, but now I may well purchase the PS4 version and give it a run through.
But yeah, when the market is not there, they will know and it will stop.
The day they stop selling physical media with the game on it is the day I lay my controller down and never pick it up again. I will never support a "no physical media" format. period.
Not to mention the problems with internet download speeds for so many in the world, having to download every single game would suddenly open the eyes of ISP's who would surely begin putting download caps on everyone so that they could charge you for that extra content... It'...
You mean hijack from other players? Because me and a friend took some of the Sparrows that the Fallen rode in near the shipyard (after we shot them). We were able to ride them and use the guns mounted on them to fire back at the other Fallen still riding around. Riding a Sparrow with guns was awesome.
Haha.. I missed that one, but do understand why they would remove it.
Most guys don't complain about getting their "Phalice" pulled
It's actually pretty decent. I played a few hours of "Survival" with a friend online this weekend. Didn't regret the $5 I spent for the update.
I guess I'm probably one of the few who didn't give a flip about the voice acting one way or the other.. I've seen far worse (Haze comes to mind). It didn't change how much fun I had in the slightest, and if they left it as it was in the alpha, I would still enjoy Destiny.
Look at it as comic relief if you have to.
Absolutely. I've had it pre-ordered since last October. Cannot wait.
I really wish they would let PS3 and PS4 owners play together on the same servers. I still have friends who are not on PS4 yet (some are) so for the one's still on PS3 to be able to join in on Destiny with those of us who have moved on to PS4 would be great.
As for the Alpha, I was in it with two other friends. We had a blast. I didn't even realize how much I had been "sucked into it" until after the Alpha was over. The days after the Alpha ended felt ve...
So the people calling the PS4 the "Pauperstation" are having trouble affording the XB1? Ironic.
But if anyone needed to use layaway, doesn't Kmart and Walmart both offer the service for anything you want?
I actually HATED MW3 when I first started playing it. I loved the original BLOPS...MW3 was like switching to a really bad MW2 after it went downhill. Then they did a couple of patches, and I suddenly realized I was playing it without the contempt for it that I first had. I actually wound up playing it more than most any COD before that. There were good things added so maybe Sledgehammer can do some magic with the series.
BTW, I've enjoyed every single COD campaign I...
I did the exact same thing. Got it installed started up. Made my way into the Asylum, started up the hallway and made it into the air duct system, and felt like if I played it any more, I wouldn't be getting a good nights sleep (had to work the next day). I'm going to try it over the weekend... during the daytime, lol.
This is the game I've had a burning desire to play ever since I first saw it announced. I'm almost afraid of being let down because we've all had it happen to us. (I can remember before the PS3 came out and me and my friends were drooling over Haze, lol.)
But I think The Order will be a good game, and worth the wait.
and don't put them back on until they dry. :P
That's a key difference. The Pulse Elite also had the 3.5mm jack so that you could plug it in also, and they were not as bulky and looked more like a high end headset. I have the original like you and I still like them. Sounds like the biggest difference is the bass shaker in them, but others have said the sound is better too with more refined control. I'd like to try the Elite's for comparison.
Well, I would say it came a bit late... This should have been supported at launch, BUT it didn't take too long for them to get it updated, so I'm happy for now.
There are people who are still waiting for the other things they took out like media server support, mp3 etc. Hopefully that get's put back in the next update.
Yeah, that's where the Pulse headsets are really nice.. Late night gaming and everyone else is in bed, you can still crank it up and not loose good sound. I have a 7.2 surround setup in my living room, but you can't really blast that at night when everyone is in bed asleep.
You will NEVER regret buying a Pulse headset. One of the best peripheral purchases I ever made for my PS3. You will hear games in a way you never have before.
I think it was just a joke guys. Lighten up.
