even the people over at GT Planet know that its going to be running in sub-720p, as 2x720p images is pushing FAR more pixels than the 1280x1080 "1080p" resolution of GT5. if the console could do that, it would run in a higher resolution than 1280x1080 natively.

no matter how great you sony fanboys think GT5 is going to be, you cannot disregard the fact that Forza 3 is a brilliant Racing Simulator.
it is NOT an arcade racer like you like to think it is, its as hardcore sim as they come. its simulating things that GT5 isnt - GT5 now has tyre temperature........well Forza 3 has tyre temperature in 3 different spots of the tyre, which all affect how the car handles. Forza 3 even has Tyre Flex, which im yet to see in GT5.
being able to use Move for all upcoming games isnt really a 'plus' for Move imo. its basically saying 'this is just a gimmick', as its not NEEDED to play the games. 99% of upcoming games that support move but can also be played without it will be better with a regular dualshock 3. the ds3 is more precise, easier and quicker to use, and games will be made with that as their first priority since every PS3 owner has one (or a sixaxis of course).

it depends what you classify as hype.
if you base hype by what is hyped on N4G, then every single PS3 exclusive is over-hyped. even if the game is fantastic, its still over-hyped purely because its a PS3 exclusive so all the sony fanboys bust out the 'omg teh cells will gives it MLAA and 1080p at 120fps bro!!!'
