why do people think that LBP 2 will be a big seller? the original only just hit 3 million sales. the sequel wont hit 4 million, as it doesnt appeal to anyone that didnt play the first one, and many LBP1 purchasers - myself included - will not be buying LBP2 after playing LBP1.
Halo Reach will be the highest selling exclusive this year, bar none. GT5 will peak at about 5-6 million IMO, Reach will be up around 10 million or more, probably getting to 5 million in its first month...

in the USA, the 360s lead over the PS3 has INCREASED since the PS3 launched, so the whole 'headstart' thing holds no merit.
the 360 outsells the PS3 in the USA because, like knightdarkbox said, it offers the consumers what they want at a lower price than the competition. online gaming is huge in the US, and Live is a better system than the PSN. every game uses the integrated Live features for invites and chat, and it all works as it should....

Do some more reading before you post. Games being in 3d actually do render more, notjust alternate. If a game is natively 1280x720, to do it in 720p in 3d it actually has to render 1280x1470 - both the left and right eye images top to bottom with a 30 pixel buffer in the middle. This is why NONE of the 3d retail games are able to do native 720p in 3d - it's too much for the console to render.
How are there still people that think input lag=weight?
There are 2 things to killzone 2s controls - input lag, and momentum based turning. The input lag is the delay, the momentum is the weight. What this confirms is that the delay is gone, and the weight is still there. This is a GOOD thing, as the weight is somewhat realistic, but the lag is not.

@4pocalyps3: correct, there is a mission like that in MGS4. but its not so much stealth as just 'staying a certain distance away from the person'. its just a following mission.
in Splinter Cell conviction though, you have to use stealth methods to remain undetected. the first 5 minutes of Conviction have more stealth than the entire game of MGS4.

Sony fanboys love playing the japan card. they think that because Microsoft wins in America and Sony wins in Japan, they cancel each other out. the problem is that Microsoft has sold 20 million 360s in America, whereas Sony has only sold 5 million PS3s in Japan. so company A selling 200k more than company B in America is most definitely not cancelled out by company B selling 50k more than company A in Japan. What's funny is that not a single one of the big 3d games for the ps3 - gt5, killzone 3, motorstorm - can even manage to run in native 720p in 3d. Remember, these games run 720p/30fps in 2d (gt5 higher obviously), so how do you expect them to suddenly double that to do 720p in 3d?
