i love reading these comments and seeing all the sony fanboys throw the word 'port' around.
Black Ops on the PS3 is not a Port. it was developed concurrently with the 360 version. for a game to be a port it has to be FINISHED on one console, then altered to work on another console. this means that unless a game comes out 6-12 months later MINIMUM on one console than the other, its not a port.
this generation there have actually been very few ports bet...

this is well known news. Kaz himself has stated that the Standard Cars do not have a cockpit view AT ALL. Kaz himself has stated that the Standard Cars are Software Upscaled GT4 models, thats why they dont feature body damage, 3d door handles, individual body panels, etc - because theyre just a texture over one giant polygonal chassis.

just got off Black Ops and there were 2.75 million playing it on Xbox Live. absolutely incredible numbers, ive never seen any other game get even remotely close to that.

SSX was the game that made me buy a PS2 on launch, and i honestly cant believe they havent made an SSX game this generation. each game just got better and better. the race from the top of the highest peak all the way to the bottom in SSX 3 was just insane. deadset took half an hour, with no loading anywhere to be seen. was incredible stuff.

the biggest plus for this version of 3D is the fact that to do it, developers dont have to sacrifice resolution and asset quality as they dont need to render 2 frames simultaneously.

thats not true at all. the generation ends as soon as the next generation begins. the next generation begins when a new console of the 'next gen' comes out. so when microsoft or sony release a new console, a successor to the PS3 or 360, the current generation ends and the next generation begins.
