Microsoft didnt do this because it distorts the picture, as its a convex lense. basically it 'fisheyes' the image. it shouldnt affect motion tracking much, but it WILL affect any of the snapshots that kinect takes in-game, and games that put your image onto an in-game avatar like 'your shape'.

so theres a HD remake of 2 PSP games, a HD remake of 2 PS2 games (which admittedly are some of the best games youll ever play), and the super sub-hd (not that i care, but it pains the fanboys to know its not 720p) Resistance 3........hardly AAA for sony.
Microsoft have Gears of War 3 in september. it will sell more than those 3 PS3 releases combined. times 2. in its first 2 days.

anyone with half a brain knew that move would be dead in the water from the get-go simply because sony seemed hesitant to make "Move Only" games. by going this route, they can only make games that are playable with the DS3 as well as Move, meaning theres no real reason for people to get a Move.
Kinect on the other hand, you cant play its games with a controller. if you want to play them, you have to use kinect.

Sucker punch have never made a game for a non-playstation console. They've basically been first party since day one. They were never going to make games for anyone else, so this purchase changes nothing.

if there was a list of the awards it had won - which there isnt - you would see it filled with awards from sites that are different combinations of the following:

Halo Reach is 1152x720 natively, not 640p.
Halo 4 was announced as an xbox 360 game - why are people still saying they hope its a next gen xbox game? i can see it being playable on the next xbox, along with all other 360 games, with upscaling etc, but it was 100% announced at E3 as an xbox 360 game.

these LoT comparisons take the TV out of the equation - theyre how the video game looks as it is outputted from the actual console, before it gets to a tv.
they do this because its the most accurate way to do it, since no 2 tvs give the same picture.
i find it funny that everyones all like 'wow now you can play the original halo exactly as it was 10 years ago'........are they forgetting that you can actually put your Halo:Combat Evolved xbox disc into the 360 and actually play the original? or you can download it from Xbox Live if you want.

it had this because the 360 has always been a Media Center Extender. as a media center extender, it lets you watch live tv.
now we KNOW the 360 is getting live TV already, but this remote isnt the confirmation since its just an updat...
i dont believe the article for one second, for a few reasons.
- no other site has made mention of this. not a single one. suddenly some no name site is getting the breaking news that NOONE ELSE has? yeah right.
- it doesnt make sense. the GPU renders images, and the 360s GPU is better and has a better memory setup. i dont think there is a SINGLE multiplatform game on the PS3/360 that runs in a higher resolution on PS3 than it does on the 360. not a single one...
1. if you think dev costs will be $3000 for a PSV game, youre right..........for 1 developer. for about a week. full PSV games will cost easily 100x that.
2. well yeah, its a possible failing. not being able to see the screen on your portable console is a bit of a failing, wouldnt you say?

ill be the one to get all the disagrees since noone else has said it: noone seems to want games that are 10+ hours long (other than RPGs of course) because theyre all too busy creaming their pants over MGS4 with its 3 hours of gameplay, Uncharted 1/2 with their 6-7 hours of gameplay, Killzone 2/3 with their 6 hours of gameplay, God of War 3 with its 7-8 hours gameplay, and so on. noone complained that they were too short, did they?

why do people seem to forget Forza 4 is coming out in a few months? its the sequel to the highest rating racing game of the generation, the sequel to the game that showed Gran Turismo how to do sim racing. not to mention its the sequel to a game that sold 3+ million copies.
i really wish people would stop with the 'Uncharted 2 won 150+ game of the year awards whereas game x only won 2' rubbish.
