There was an Xbox One dev on reddit (anonymously) that stated the camera was actually closer to nearly half the cost of the One. So there must be a lot more electronics inside the camera itself or in the One specifically for the camera's processing than they've shown. It does appear to be just a camera but there's likely some special electronics to do all the trajectory processing etc without actually putting a load on the processor this time like the original Kinect did.

Destiny is launching on all major platforms and sounds like it will be a game that is supported for years. As long as it's a good game I don't think 10 million copies will be a difficult task. Black Ops 2 sold 7.5 million copies on the day of release.
It is a more modular design as well. Power supplies do tend to fail, especially if not protected behind a surge suppressor. If your Xbox power supply fails, you can get a new one without sending your whole machine in. Also there are third parties selling power supplies for Xbox so you can always replace it if it fails and are waiting for a replacement. Playstation design, while more elegant, offers the downside that if the power supply fails, you have to send the entire unit for repair.

completely agree with you. I bought a Wii U and it wasn't to play Asassin's Creed 4 on it. I know it will look and play much better on PS4 or Xbox One which I have both preordered. I bought Wii U for all the Wii and Wii U games that you can't get elsewhere.
