IKR.. An article I read said that they are going to be following a plan similar to Apple's for their app store. only on this site does that translate to ZOMG they're copying Sony. Sony who stole touchpad from Ouya, and speaker in joypad from Wii/Wii U.
I personally don't care because everyone takes from each other and builds a unique product, this is how things evolve in any industry. But for these people to single out any one company and act like they're h...
Right.. they'll put it back in so that they can immediately stop selling consoles since nobody will buy them again. Do you live in BC because I think you're on shrooms again.
I miss him on reviews on the run :(
Why do you care anyway?
who cares? Does it make your video games on your PS3 any more enjoyable? quit being a mega fanboy. It's not like they have an overwhelming win here. You're splitting hairs over nearly identical numbers in the grand scheme of things.
If this were on PS3/PS4 they'd be falling over themselves about how cheap it is
Wow you really are clueless
ever thought the last 3 years were so sparse for first party because they were working on Xbox One titles instead? Nah let's not use logic. Let's just imagine a bunch of game dev studios doing nothing all day long for years on the company dime.
Since nobody has a PS4, the author has no actual idea how it's going to perform. For all he knows, there's a fatal flaw in it that causes it to burn your house down 6 months after you buy it. Not saying it will, but this article is pointless without cold hard facts.
how did 'they ruin video games'?
There's probably a middle ground somewhere. Between the MS certification speed and fixing your software properly in the first place.
I don't think this is an F2P problem either, this is more of a persistent world/online type of problem. In that sense there should probably be a different process games go through for patches etc than the same one for typical games.
I hope they can remain a 3rd party studio, however I wouldn't be surprised if Microsoft tried to buy them as it would be an instant 'in' to the Japanese market and would be a blow to Sony and Nintendo.
He does a good job but acting like he is solely responsible for the machine takes away from all of the engineers that worked on this. He didn't single handedly will it into existence, it took an entire team of highly skilled, talented people.
Do you know who is one of the largest owners of Apple stock by the way? That's right, Microsoft. The reason they don't buy them outright is because they need competition in the market otherwise they will again be accused of having a monopoly. That's why they bought stock in a failing Apple in the first place.
The reason people went to arcades in the first place was to experience something you couldn't get elsewhere - which is the same reason that people go see movies at the theater, to get the huge screen experience.
If they started making arcade games that had graphics that were on par or better than high end PC setups, people would once again go pump quarters into the machines to experience something they can't get elsewhere. The reason this is not happening is probably...
for those that disagree with my comment regarding the cracked screen, wololo.net has an article about it from Feb 26, 2013. Perhaps they've resolved the issue in new iterations of hardware but I'd want to be sure before buying one personally.

I don't really see the point in buying a vita. I had a PSP and I didn't use it much. I find that handhelds for me I would use mostly during travel but when you have your own car you spend that time driving instead of having need of something to pass the time. I guess I'm just not the target demographic. At home, I have a PC, PS3, 360, Wii U, Android Tablet and Android phone to play games on, with PS4 and Xbox One preordered. At any rate, the stories I've heard of Vita scr...
The responsiveness is why they have WiFi Direct in the Xbox One for this very purpose.
Really, zimmerman is gaming news now?
Ah, an expert on the subject I see.
