I agree that the user section is full of fail and that MC isn't the most reliable site. The only reason I say this is not because of the idea of the site, but the individual sites that contribute to the overall score.
The way I do it is stick to my main 3 sites, a handful of back ups and basically ignore the rest. It has never let me down.
Agree totally about the critics score. I know a lot of shady stuff happens and some scores will be too high and some scores too low because of trolling, but overall the score reflects that it has fallen off BIG TIME in comparison to other titles in the series...

Yes it is. The controls are perfectly set up for coop play. It can work and be amazing! The universe allows coop and it is a logical step forward for the franchise.
However... the main thing about coop in an established franchise is including it correctly. Having Coop that could potentially gimp the single player experience is a no no! I actually liked the oldschool grid based controls. I just wish we could have a new Tomb Raider with those controls or at least similar!
People would just call it dated control mechanics, but I think it helps balance the game.

I want good games, but I also don't want HALF games. The recent addition of Starhawks SP only download for IGC really annoyed me. It should not have taken up a slot in the IGC when a title in its entirety could have been added.

Well, it was the instant game collection that sealed the deal for me. Had no need to get PS+ before the IGC kicked off. That is just for me personally.
As with the other users I never came across many issues which really annoyed me. A few frame dips is about as annoying as it got. However, I have no intention of getting DLC (I don't get DLC on any game), I got the game at a nice discount right after launch and I enjoyed the experience.

A short single player game is not automatically lacking, but it depends what it does to provide more than just a "short campaign". Heck, there are a bunch of short games on 360 Marketplace and PS Store, but they are priced much lower than full retail price.

£200+ to play LBP vita is simply not worth it when I have LBP2 and a PS3. I will never buy a whole system for 1 single game. I will wait until the library is better.
And FYI I already own a 3DS. Sure the library isn't anything special on that system either, but it was a birthday gift off my girlfriend so I'm not complaining.
My gripe is there is just nothing on the system that I feel I need. I will get one, one day. I am a huge Sony fan, but Uncharted and Little Big Planet just aren't enough yet to make me want the system. A Final Fantasy game (lets face it, they are still good on handhelds), God of War, GTA, Metal Gear and possibly a Resident Evil game that rivals the one on the 3DS would instantly make this system a must have for me.

I just like the PS+ approach more. I treat it kind of like a nice cheap game rental service with some extra benefits. I think it is well worth the price.
With Xbox Live I used to pay simply to play online. I no longer feel the need to do so and it is the only feature I would use.
Live is great is everything appeals to you, but PS+ suits my lifestyle much better.
