Racing games normally feature a car on a track... like grid or forza... do they copy each other?
And how about your standard hero in foreground, allies just behind him with guns and a warzone in the background box art? It is such a standard box art for today... Do they copy each other?
Better late than never, but never late is better.
I recently got Deus Ex thanks to my PS+ subscription. I have to say I am enjoying it, but I have not invested much time into the game. You should give it a try. I am very impressed with how diverse it feels and the way you can level up your character.
I had an Xbox when this game launched and I loved the look of it. I just never got round to playing it. For some reason I have Blue Dragon in my collection too, WTF?
If I had a PC capable of running it then I would buy it day 1. I think it is the sort of game that will compliment the PC gaming community.
I do not think Zelda2 is THAT bad. Actually, I liked it.It is certainly the weakest Zelda game I have personally played, but the franchise is so strong that it's weakest game is still good.
I have never played the other titles, but it's not hard to see why Wii Music is on there.
At least it will attract new people like me to the franchise. I have never played a ZOTE game in my life. I feel as if I have missed out.
I just didn't like the game as a whole after the first 2 chapters. The first 2 chapters resemble the MGS gameplay that I love. After that it declines into a boring follow quest and then descends further to a bunch of boss fights, action scenes and robots. The robots are boring to sneak past.
Hugely disappointed by MGS4.
First 2 chapters were gold and I wish the remaining chapters played in a similar fashion.
Why have I not played this?
I'm glad you decided to pick it up, bro. I tried the demo and instantly loved it. That was before the trophy patch.
I have yet to play R&C:ToD... I really need to play the collection and all the PS3 installments.
I have never played a Ratchet and clank game in my life :-(
I would probably purchase Eternal Sonata if it had trophy support. Its so shallow of me to keep putting off the purchase because of lack of trophies. I will eventually play this game. Also, I agree with Oblivion.
It's fantastic that the original Uncharted was patched. Ninja Gaiden Sigma would also be a good choice.
Glados! I would let her probe me :-)
I have found myself having to force myself of Dark Souls in order to play Rainbow Moon. I have had RM for about a week now and I have hardly progressed at all.
There is nothing to say the christian god isn't in games. Take a random game like Uncharted, Rainbow 6 or Tomb Raider. They are games set in our universe. Now gods presence is exactly the same in these types of games as in real life. You don't see him, you don't hear from him and people sometimes mention him with phrases like "oh my god" or "thank god". So if god did exist it would be as if he is present in the games too since he behaves in the same way.
Demons Souls and Dark Souls need to be played in my opinion. If you are good enough to progress in these games then you will more than likely enjoy them. Brilliant titles and my 2 fave RPG games of this gen.
I'm not making the same mistake and buying another console at launch. I have found that waiting is ultimately the best option for me. I simply am not too interested in the launch price. the only reason I will bother with the launch price is to get an indication of things to come.
GTA5 release date reveal articles are the ones that get to me. Why do so many speculative articles get approved regarding the matter? Can't we just wait now and simply approve the actual reveal?
I was happy with the stationary shooting. It just worked hand in hand with the enemy AI. There was actually no need in being able to run and gun. Whoever thought "I need to be able to move whilst shooting in this game" really doesn't understand that the game mechanics are that way for a reason. The enemy AI run up to you then slow down whilst you aim. Because you can't move and have enemies in your face it creates the tense feeling. May not be realistic, but it made the game...
The Japanese cater to their scene like the West caters to their scene. It is not always the case, but it is the case in most circumstances. Dark Souls is one of my favorite games of this gen, but it is different to my fave JRPG series of all time (Final Fantasy).
It seems the West has moved on from the traditional JRPG craze and that is all there is to it.
