CoD doesn't even get amazing reviews. I don't know why people go on about this. The previous Black Ops game scored an 8.5 from IGN. Still a great score, but it isn't the "omg CoD gets 10/10" score that everyone rants on about.
Assassins Creed is another game that gets milked on a yearly basis too.
I think IGN are generally bashed a bit too hard for their reviews. I am going to give this review a quick watch, but I doubt it will make me buy the game at launch.
Indeed it does begin. This is the only GTA Release Date article that should have been up on N4G for months. I have no idea how so many false release date articles have been at the top of my N4G page when there had been no official announcement.
Oh, well! This is the real deal and I'm excited.
Finally I don't have to see a bunch of idiots get excited over unofficial dates.
It wasn't needed, but it is expected. It's a shame, but it's the truth. As long as the SP is strong and a complete product worthy of the price tag then there is no need to not include Multiplayer either.
I believe games should reach as wide an audience as possible. As long as games don't force Coop into your SP experience then people should be pretty much okay with other MP features.
Well, I am one CoD fan that won't be supporting MW4. I am supporting any Call of Duty game that isn't developed by Treyarch. MW3 is by far my least played in the series. I think Treyarch took over with how fantastic Black Ops was. I will be buying CoD once every 2 years from now on if the current trend continues and that actually helps me not get bored of the franchise as easily.
I know a lot of people dismiss Nintendo, but it isn't entirely fair. It may not be directed to core gamers as much as the PS3 or 360, but I think there is enough on the Wii (and probably the wii-u) to justify a gamer having the console in their collection. Mario Galaxy is one of my fave games this generation.
Nice to see my fave home console of choice and the best handheld on the market get some love here in Europe.
I can't wait to try this out :-D
I have just got a new PC and this is one of the titles I intend to buy when I have spare change. Hopefully I see it in a Halloween sale too.
Because of all the games I listed. Plus MGS4 was only good for the first 2 acts.
WOW! Thank you very much! I had no idea it was F2P!
Bubz for you, sir!
For online I disagree. All sorts of problems crop up. You will never have your game running perfectly online. You launch and patch it day 1. You expect patches when you play online so I don't see why it is an issue. From technical issues to balancing issues! I support patches for fixing these things ASAP even if it is day 1. It is completely understandable due to how unpredictable new games online are.
Single player... Well... Patches shouldn't be needed in a perfect ...
I can't believe MGS4 is on the list. MGS4? Really? Top 10?
I think not... Black Ops should be in there, Demons Souls or Dark Souls, Portal 2 and Bioshock.
Multi Plats are still good you know? Some of the greatest games this gen are multiplats. The fact a game is exclusive does not make it any better or worse.
Batman:AC sounds right to be in a top 10 if you ask me.
Missing out God of War is practically a sin, though. I agree with you there.
Bulletstorm made the list? Seriously? Bulletstorm made the list and Little Big Planet 2 was nowhere to be seen?
Metal Gear Solid 4 also made the list? They must be smoking crack if they think it is a top 10 game. Heavy Rain is good, but not a top 10 game either. A list of games better than these 3 games that didn't make the list.
Dark Souls, Demons Souls, Portal 2, Bioshock, CoD: Black Ops, CoD4, Rayman Origins, Warhawk, INfamous, Mirrors Edge, God of War 3, Littl...
See? You make fair comments yet get disagrees?
Day 1 patches are fine for the most part since they are to deal with the online aspect of the game. You buy an online game then you deserve to have your issues fixed. The Single Player should never have to be patched unless it is to prepare for DLC. Even if there is a small issue with the SP at least the option for a patch is there.
I would have liked Street Fighter 2 to have a patch to remove the handcuff glitch...
It doesn't bother me to be honest, but I can see some Brits getting butt sore because of it.I don't remember the Yanks crying about Nico killing so many Americans in GTA lol
How have I never played a Hitman game? It seems so suited to my taste in games. Maybe I will pick up Blood Money on Steam. I will have to get this game when I have some spare cash.
Can't wait to hop on and kill some Blue-coats!
If you can teleport there then that is fine, but it should be to an existing bonfire. If they have added new bonfires to Dukes then I will be disappointed. More teleport spots are welcome, but extra bonfires are a no-no for me.

There are reasons why I was shocked at the end of RDR. It is mainly because games work differently from movies ESPECIALLY when they are sandbox games and you get to play on after the main quest is complete.
I will leave it there, but any GTA could have ended in a similar fashion (yet they haven't). I don't want to ruin the ending for anyone who hasn't played it. (I...
Will I ever find enough reasons to justify purchasing a PSVita? I want one so bad, but it just looks like developers drop the ball on every single title they decide to release on the system.
