Is this for NA or EU?
That's good to hear. I really like deep stories.
This is a franchise I completely missed this gen. I never really got hooked from the trailers I've seen. But now that I've seen the first Mass Effect for 5€ in the european PSStore I decided to pick it up along with some other games I missed this gen.
Past DMC games have nothing to do with that. It's a reboot and therefore most reviewers could appreciate the very different approach Ninja Theory took with DmC.
Really? 2013 was a really strong year imo.
I only played the Demo back when the game came out. I've just picked the game up for 5€ from the euro PSStore. If I like it I'll get the sequel.
I want it. But I want the PS4 more and my backlog of games is way too big just on the PS3 alone. I might pick a Wii-U up at some point but right now I just don't have the time to play all those games.
Next up: Metal Gear Solid 3 vs. Gran Turismo 6.
Keep in mind that the physical market is still very strong on consoles while it's almost non existent on PC. Most people are only talking about PS+ free games but there are some great deals you can get even without PS+ (However I'd recommend PS+ anyway because those deals are even better than). Right now you can get a lot of games for 5-10€ including Ni no Kuni for 8€ and every Crysis game for 5€.
I don't know. He said underrated. You're talking about popularity. Two different things. But even if you look at popularity the game sold really well considering it's a new IP.
This is the first time I see someone saying that TLOU is underrated. It got perfect scores left and right. It won most Goty awards and a lot of people call it Game of the generation. Some even call it best game ever. I really don't know how someone would think it's underrated.
Even Rings of Power? :D
@Garaunimo: You're saying that's not the point but that's pretty much the point he made. Why else would Sony need to work on a new console asap.
Sony and MS clearly can't launch a console that'll cost 800 bucks or more. Your're getting really great hardware for the price they're asking. I just recently played the Last of Us and it looks really great on a system that first launched in 2006.
Playing Battlefield and CoD probably won...
Because there is no way to enjoy games running on a GPU that isn't among the top 5 most high end GPUs availiable at a time right?
I had a PS4 preordered but had to cancel my pre-order because of unforeseeable expenses. But I'll probably get one when the Infamous bundle comes out.
That isn't possible without the X1 getting more expensive. The last thing MS wants to do is to widen the price gap between the X1 and the PS4.
I think both have their pros and cons. You can choose what to buy on Playstation Store too. It's not only the free games you get every month. There are pretty good discounted games too. I saw games like Dead Space 2 and 3, Mass effect games and Ni No Kuni for 5-9 bugs on Playstation Store yesterday. I agree that Steam has more but with PSPlus you get about 2 PS3 games, 2 PSVita games and a PS4 game for no additional cost every month. PS+ is less than 5 bugs a month so you're getting 5...
Because it's completely impossible to play PC games with a controller./s
It'll probably look much better when you see it in front of you though.
Mine basically hasn't been off since I have got PSPlus. My backlog grows with every month and I'll probably get myself a PS4 in march. Now I just need a time compressor to play all those games.
