I agree, I don't know why people thought It'd be next year.
I don't see how technical issues with YOUR HARDWARE factor into the game. If I tried to play BF3 on my windows XP and it didn't start doesn't mean the game deserves a low score.
And yes, I read your review, That's why I commented on it.
The guy called it Battlefield: Modern warfare. lol
But on topic, DICE, just send them an apology. I agree it does get a little too close to their current situation, and If any other country depicted a war against the Western world there'd be some tension a swell. I think their demands are justified.
Who or what the hell is he talking about?
good to see they are updating this game constantly.
2.9? you can at least drive right?
You gave 9s for the scores, yet the overall is a 3? I know ut's not an average but i don't think hat evens out at all.
SR3 is pure fun. GTA will always be GTA, and SR will always be saints row. Just because they are both open world and have guns don't mean they have to compete. SR will never have GTA numbers or review scores, but that doesn't mean you can't play it for the fun and GTA for the story.
Damn, $20. That's a bit much. I think you're right on this one. But be assured, the multiplayer is great.
I dont think you've been listening to the reviews or anyone else that had played the game. SP is ok. MP is amazing.
*looks at BF2 map, then at BF3 map*
...Huh? Where's the rest of the map? This must be the console version though, because they did say one of the maps will have 5 flags.
glad it didn't happen. What a horrible move it would've been.
@Endorman
So you want to call in orbital strikes or do you want to be that orbital strike? Liking the COD gameplay is fine, but I don't see the draw of the star wars universe if a lot of the battles are large scale in the movies, and a lot of the large scale battles are represented in the game to the tee.
Please be specific in what you would like to see in it, is it rebels verses republic? or something more small scale?
Play star wars battlefront. Its along the lines of battlefield where you can fly ships and drive speeders and tanks. Its basically the starwars version of battlefield. Play as the jedi and sith and even has space battles. The maps are great too, from Hoth to cloud city.
It depends on the game really. In mass effect, or saints row i play as a guy first. I like the action hero thing and dont really take chances or risks on my character because i want the most authentic experience. That doesnt mean the girl characters aren't as good. They just dont fit the role depending on the situation. I usually make a girl character after my first playthrough.
I hope they add more things to unlock in future DLC Expansion packs, like camo, or dog tags.
Whenever I hear "try hard" I think of COD. I think cod has it's own slang because I don't ever hear terms like that outside of a COD match. It's annoying.
Is it just the video quality, or does the xbox version not look as sharp as the PC version.
In short, if you like open world games, this game should not pass your eye. It's really fun and the story isn't bad (By Saints Row standards).
SR and GTA are great. Everyone knows gta games are more fleshed out with the physics and storytelling, but we also know that SR brings that wacky fun factor without all the tech backing it up. But that's perfectly fine. Nobody should be limited to one of them. They are both good and way different.
