I didn't like SR2, but I'm loving 3. SR1 is what made the franchise and it's good to see their innovation hasn't been lacking in SR3.
I'm pretty sure they will be rolled out in an all-in-one patch. No sense in releasing it in short bursts on console because each update requires an approval time of weeks. PC is different though.
If bfbc2 vietnam was any indication. The expansion of a classic game is much better than buying a $60 version of it. Thers no point of making an updated version if the original is still doing fine and not having the core gameplay changed if you can easilybuy the original and play it now.
The DLC expansions are homages to the original ones. For nostalgia purposes and for those that have never experienced them. They also provide a change of pace.

I totally agree. Even though it isn't easy to take down a tank by yourself, They do make it easier with the amount of rockets you carry. It should be a team effort to bring a tank down, and it still is, but I feel, compared to BF2, it's a lot easier. I do agree that they made the engineer a DO-IT-ALL class. and I wish they leaned more towards the BFBC1 or BF2 method where the engineer had a submachine gun (which was only effective really closely) or give them ...
Damn! I just wanted to play it again. I also felt it was the best COD made even today. and it would be so cool to revisit it. 360 btw.
They're adding more games and updating the service so that it'll suck less. I swear, consumers are really the ones that stop progress and fear change, not the developers.
"I like cod, they do an excellent SP and I have a lot of respect for what they have built. I haven't played 3 yet, and I haven't enjoyed the mp since MW1. That was truly a brilliant step forward for mp shooters."
Exactly what the majority of BF and CoD fans think. BTW I bought MW1 on amazon, it hasn't arrived yet but I hear it's full of hackers now. Is that true?
The game comes out next year.. surprising? Good thing it's Criterion, even though I just couldn't get into NFS:HP2
I agree with this article except for the server browser. Its the only thing i use to join a game. Yes, the standard quick match option is a little more efficient but im sure DICE will tweak servers in the future to play the same maps or restrict weapons just to mix things up. And you could always buy a server and tweak it to what you want.
The ranking seems pointless though. But i like your idea of specific rank servers. Like veteran severs 40-49, 1-15, and so on. It seems co...
The difficulty is fine. Just practice as much as you can. Also if you have played any ace combat game, it should be a peace of cake. But if not you can always invert the controls.
Not a bad score. I'm sure the reviewer has his reasons. He's saying it too much like the old, but if you like that, then the game is a must buy.
For cod, yeah. Battlefield, no. Fans of BF don't care whether SP is in or not, but with COD, a good amount of its success is in its SP.
I don't even need to click the link. The game is in the tags.
I'm waiting for AC3. I knew it had to catch up with them sometime.
I'm not paying any money for DLC. I buy the game, but I'm not supporting their cheap DLC and Cheat tactics.
Almost 100% of Mw3 fans are brand new gamers. SORRY I had too. Please don't punish me.
Karkand looks just flat out amazing! If you go to the link, it shows OMAN also. It looks fantastic!
I want another C&C3
I'm playing it now and the action is hetic! It's a must buy open world game.
Bottom line: You don't want to be a developer during crunch time. I hear those can get pretty harsh.
Another thing. Fan feedback is one of the worst reasons to work in the games industry. Everyone will hate your game for one reason or the other; there's no escaping it. You'll rarely hear good things because people that don't like something are more vocal. Sure it's nice to get positive comments once in a while. But there will always be that group of people...
