Another GT video with a guy who can't even drive in a straight line.
Yeah, it's one of those games you can keep coming back to, especially if you have a bit of OCD like me.
Off topic: Does anyone know if Deep Forest is going to be in GT5?
If they patched Demon's Souls for Move they would have the RPG part covered, and the combat really lends itself to motion control. At least that's what I imagine in my head.
Now THAT would be a game that makes good use of 3D and Move. The tension of Silent Hill with Resident Evil scare tactics in 3D would probably cause people to mess their pants. And oddly enough, I would pay money for that.
What? I was actually just thinking about how great the game looked. The first few shots are blurry as hell, but the fourth looks great, to the point that I wonder if it's actually gameplay. Man, some people are so jaded. Also, console games should look like dated PC games, because the tech is, in fact, dated by PC standards. Either you're trolling, or you're just a PC snob.
Edit: I'd already planned on getting Move along with Socom, but this game has had me interested...
Can't you use the official USB drives? I'm thinking about getting a 360 this fall, but I don't want to spend too much money, as I'm already getting raped by all the games that are coming out later in the year. Either way, I'm sure MS has a solution in the works.
I thought it was four? Regardless, I'll reserve judgment until more is shown of the game. What I can say at this point is that I'm optimistic about the fact that Jaffe is taking a chance and mixing things up a bit. I'd rather he be inspired by new ideas, rather than running through the motions. I think he has that right and I trust that the game will turn out great.
Actually, people didn't have much faith in Rising, because Kojima publicly distanced himself from the game, while Jaffe had nothing but good things to say about GOW3. Also, a precedent had already been set with GOW2, which was a great game. Having said that, the absence of Jaffe did have fans worried before the release of GOW2, so your imagined hypocrisy is just that: imagined. I am now hitting the disagree button, as you are both off topic and abusive.
On topic: I think it's ...
I hope this isn't true. I really don't care where the next GTA is set, as long as it's not LA, which has to be one of the ugliest and most bland cities in the ocuntry.
To counter the random disagrees, I think you should have a bubble. And K2 is amazing online. I just hope the assault class in balanced in K3. They weren't that big of a deal most of the time, as all you had to do was pop their heads, but S&D became a bit of a clusterfvck in a game full of rocket whores. Here's hoping for a beta sometime this fall.
I really hope there's a public beta. I would love to play this game before the year is out.
The lack of maps in BC2 actually got to me to the point that I've stopped playing the game. I hate that they have the balls to say they're releasing new maps when all they really do is allow you to play the same maps in different modes. Having said that, I'll definitely pick up the Vietnam pack when that comes out.
I'm actually playing Demon's Souls and it's ruining my life. Great game, it's just too easy to sink three or four hours into it without even noticing.
@Alpha
I tend to disagree with you a lot, but I do like the fact that you always offer reasons for your opinions. K2 and BC2 are my favorite shooters this gen, but I can still admit that they both have issues. There is no such thing as a perfect game. As such, I don't see why people feel the need to hit the disagree button when another person offers an intelligent argument. Bubbles to you.
@TheREAL-HyDRo1x
I think he meant the people that actually played and enjoyed the first game.
@IcarusOne
Next time you might want to know what you're talking about before you develop a condescending attitude towards others.
On topic: I can't wait until this issue goes away. It's time to focus on the game itself. Having said that, I'm glad they're bringing back a character design that more closely resembles the old Cole.
Whaaaaaaa!!!!
I know it's early days yet, but I don't see a huge difference. This might have something to do with the horrible comparison shots. PR actually looks better in the first picture and the fourth looks like concept art. They also cherry picked some bad photos of PR in the other comparisons. While I have no doubt that the game will look great, this comparison is just pointless.
Some punctuation would be nice.
The graphics got weaker? Either you never played the game, or you played it with special fanboy goggles.
