None of the other games you mentioned are open world either. (Don't try to tell me Reach is, 'cause it isn't.) Also, at least K2 never had the online problems that the suckfest known as Gears 2 had.
You sound like a troll. I'm just sayin'.
These kind of games rarely get nominated for GOTY. These days, it seems like only action-adventure, sandbox, or RPGs get nominated. Personally, I disagree with this practice, as GOTY contenders should be based purely on quality instead of only considering story-driven games from select genres.
Yes, they give you the option to respawn after the medic revives you! There was nothing worse than having some noob revive you in the middle of heavy crossfire. Other than that, I think the game looks fantastic. Killzone 2 is still my favorite shooter this gen and Killzone 3 seems like it will improve on everything that was good, while correcting the few major gripes I had.
I can't imagine why you only have one bubble, troll.
Great, if enough people follow your example maybe the entire industry can suffer just like the PC sector has been all these years.
P.S. I hate cheap losers like you.
In a world where people actually sell air and water, it comes as no surprise that someone would try to charge $60 for P2P. I know every company is just out to make money, but MS are such obvious douchebags about it.
@ niceguywii60
"There is obviously a huge update offering much more coming for Microsoft to do this."
No, quit trying to justify greed.
GT5 says hello. Seriously, you can easily put in a couple hundred hours just getting everything in single player, let alone the multi. Reach can't compare to this, or for that matter, the fact that you can create entire games in LBP2.
I'd install the entire game if they let me, just to save my laser. This game will probably ruin my life!
I'm having trouble deciding if the BF3 beta is worth $60. Hopefully it comes in a voucher so I can turn right back 'round and sell the game back. Question is, is the BF3 beta worth even $20? The fact that I'm even considering all this makes me angry (because I'm stupid).
Agreed, if you're averaging 6,8,10 hours a day playing videogames, then you need to step outside for a bit. And you're not allowed to complain about how the graphics suck.
Edit: Better?
If this plays like I think it does, then there are two reasons for doing this.
1) To even things out for normal people who actually have lives and can't compete with the douchers that would actually put in 60 hours a week.
2) Farmers
The end.

I meant Demon's Souls has the longevity that he seems to think is missing from PS3 games. By the way, which 360 games are there that aren't linear? Crackdown? Crackdown 2? (same city as Crackdown? LOL) I look forward to your excuses the day inFamous 2 is released.

If you think PS3 games are nothing but corridor shooters, then you obviously don't have the slightest clue what you're talking about. I haven't seen the 360 do anything like GOW3 as far as scale and fidelity go. If that doesn't convince you, I suggest you find some gameplay videos of inFamous 2, which has better graphics than any 360 game and is truly open-world. By the way, Halo Reach is not open world, so leave that argument at home.
P.S. Get...
Demon's Souls says hello.
I agree with the verdict (which is why I bought a PS3 in the first place). Having said that, this will not end well. Flame on, f*ckers!!
Here we go again. I'll be expecting demo comparisons next week.
The game is out next year, we'll hear about it before then.
Did it play like God of War then? If not, your timeline doesn't matter.
New footage, huh? Could have sworn I saw this quite some time ago.
The things is, it counted as two deaths. The noobs I'm referring to are the people who would revive for points, not for strategy. I'm just happy that K3 gives you the option to decline this "help".
