I just play the games, so I am fine with remasters. Just cause there are remasters doesn't mean that is taking away from making new games.

To add to your point the Pro which doubles the PS4 GPU compute units is $399 and we are to believe Nintendo could not of matched that at a similar price if they wanted. Ok...
It is clearly the opposite. I bet most use it as a portable, not a console.
I wanted Pro or X power into a traditional Nintendo console not the portable that docks that is less powerful than the X1, as I have zero interest in a handheld, but this is what Nintendo made so devs will have to just pair the games back to work on the Switch.
Damn, They whined that the X1 and PS4 were not powerful enough, and now the X has too much power that may never get used. Are you kidding me? They just can't win with some.
Are they worth a return, well, yeah, and what about those of us who owned them on the 360 but never finished them or the new gamers who have never experienced the games, so BC is so important.
I got a Pro and getting the X. I like Xbox games, and I like Playstation games. I am playing more games on my Xbox so I am fine with what the Xbox offers.
I am buying it. I would consider myself a multiconsole gamer since the 80s.

As a console the Switch is less powerful than the launch X1. It is clear Nintendo designed it to be a portable that docks, which is why I could not not buy it. There is a reason Sony released the Pro, and MS is releasing the X. This is no surprise to most. Devs just need to quit whining make the games on all platforms and if they have to downgrade the games to run on the Switch's portable mode then that is what they need to do.

I love the SC games but, damn, Ubi put the 360 games on BC. Damn near all of the AC games are on BC now. Jeez..
