No surprise. The Series S is just what it is and entry level console, so devs should just get the best out of it that it is capable of at this point. Not sure why this is still a story almost 5 years in.
Pre-ordered this and NG Rangebound. I prefer this graphical style over the pixel art in NGR, but looks awesome. Hopefully, Sega will bring more of their classics back.
I have been thinking the same. The Switch 1 its entire life has sold for near full price and now has gone up🤣. WTF, Nintendo, you have sold 150 mill of those. How many more do they entend to sell.
Given how much it costs to make games and how long that takes, getting the games into the most gamers hands is not only best for all gamers, but studios and the industry.

No surprise, but I thought Trump said the tariffs would force Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo to build their consoles here in the states. Pass it right on to the consumer like many said. Elections have consequences. I am just glad I already have all the consoles. I have worked for Goodyear near 30 years and we also got price increases this month on all tires and services, as like our bosses told us when costs go up in on area or country it affects every part of our business.

Microsoft has found their solution, as putting the games on any device with a screen, getting the games into the most gamers hands clearly was the best move for them. Whatever they decide to do with the Xbox brand hardwarewise they should be fine.
I have always owned all of the consoles, so I was never into the toxic, single platform, exclusive fanboy mindset and the console war nonsense. This model is clearly archaic to anyone outside of Nintendo.

If software is where the money is and MS is already moving away from a traditional Xbox console model which they are not selling many consoles anyways, it is not sad at all in my view. Physical media is going out like cassette, 8-track, dvds, cds, blu-ray, so I am fine with digital. Physical media supporters keep fighting the good fight. Lets be real physical is just a license burned to a disk which can also be tampered with if the device connects to the internet.
I am having blast with the game. Actually impressed with what Nintendo did with the game. The technical issues really don't detract from the overall quality of the game for my tastes.
