I don't get rid of consoles, & and own every console since the Nes, so keeping both my PS3s. The Superslim I use as my traveling blu-ray player, which I keep in my bag and take on trips, & my home Slim PS3 is my home bluray player, as the X1 & PS4 just uses too much electricity plus the PS3 is a fantastic player, and I still play some of my PS3 games. This is the best reason for me to keep my PS3s.
Cool, what am I playing on PS4, Uncharted Collection, Killzone, Star Wars Battlefront, that is about all that interests me at the moment, on the PS4 front, so more power to em..

Well, that is fine for the future. I only buy a few exclusives on the PS4, like Uncharted, Killzone, so not hurting for space, so right now my 1TB is fine, and in the near future should be fine also, as the only game I am looking at buying in the near future for the PS4 is Uncharted 4, so I am good..
SSDs still cost way too much, so I put in the 1TB SSHD drive in my PS4. That is good enough for me for right now..
U4one, if you are referring to me, I think most of us have a pretty good idea of what goes into building games. I think most people are simply saying if they are going to make games for the consoles, they are going to have to make sacrifices, like they always have. It is that simple.
Yep, they will have make due with what the consoles offers or just make games for pc only, which is not going to happen. How did they ever make PS2 games with 32 megs, lol. I kid, but ram seems fine in the consoles, CPU might be an issue but not ram, imo.

As an owner of all the consoles as I do every gen, the Xbox has been my platform of choice 3 generations in a row, and so far I prefer everything MS has done with the X1 compared to the PS4 with its monthly updates, controller, LIVE, apps, OS, TV, and the games look marginally, I mean marginally better, so this Xbox owner who has been with them since 2001 has been happy, and that is all I go by.
Really no surprise. We saw the Wii hardware then the Wiiu hardware, and I can't believe some thought Nintendo would be shooting for better than PS4 specs with their next console. They certainly had to replace the Wiiu, & 900p should be fine for the games they make, plus with the console on par with the other two, maybe 3rd party support will come back. Some expectations are unrealistic. The handheld aspect I really am not concerned about, but the console seems interesting. Hopefull...
Not sure why devs even release this info. Just make great games is all most of us gamers want. Looking forward to this game..

Wasn't underrated by me. Along with MGSV is my GOTY for 2015. Great game. This one is simple, the game rated well, but the fact it was only on the Xbox platform is the reason, and many just don't like MS, but praise Sony every chance they get. Fantastic game...
I agree many hate just to hate on MS yet Sony is the God, praise Jesus. Like I said before, the X1, brick and all looks fine on my shelf next to the PS4 X360 PS3 Xbox original Turbo grafx 16, Neo Geo, N64, Super Nes, Sega Genesis, Sega Dreamcast.
No fire hazard. Been setup like this for years, no more a fire hazard than my other electrical components on my shelf.
Meh, I am fine with the size of the console. Looks fine on my shelf, sitting on top of the PS4 divided by a shelf, and the Xbox 360 standing op top of it. It is not something I need to carry around, the power brick is behind the tv sitting on top of the 360s brick, so out of site out of mind, it is fine as my tastes go. I would not buy the same console just to get a slim version when my 2013 Day 1 model has been flawless.
Not really surprised. A game like will be 900p, or 720p upscaled to 1080p on the XB1, which is fine by me. The consoles are what they are, and either you accept this for what it is or you come whining in every one of these discussions. Did anyone really expect more than that at this point?
No demands, I just play what the console makers make, & the games devs design for the consoles. I will be fine with whatever they make, as my gaming tastes are simple. Honestly, the X1 & PS4 are barely 2 years old & I really am not even thinking about the next wave of consoles.
Another thing is the price was reduced on the consoles so that would drive down revenue for each console sold...
