I think Sony will do what is best for them. I as a PS4 owner, I would be fine with a PS4.5 as long as it played all the existing games, like PC, and those of us who wanted to upgrade, could, and like PC, those who have the higher spec console would enjoy the higher spec game benefits, and those who had the regular model would continue enjoying the games as is. Why would this be so bad?
This has to be joke? Where are the serious gaming articles
How can anyone disagree? True is true, there is no disputing that...
Love my X1. I think MS is doing what is best for their company. If u think they are not then dump it, but I enjoy games on all the consoles so I am fine with the X1. Looking forward to incremental console updates. I find it hilarious, Phil Spencer says MS is looking at releasing an upgraded X1, and nearly breaks the gaming internet, meanwhile, it is rumored, Sony is releasing a PS4.5 and many cheer. Gamers are hilarious. I am still asking the question, for console gamers like me who ju...
Adjust the in game brightness and the game runs and looks fine on the X1.
I continued my Xbox 360 AW on the X1 and if you simply adjust the in game brightness that solves the darkness issue. Like most have stated, the game runs fine looks better, adjust the brightness, and the game is fine.
Can't wait to get my hands on this game. I am sure they made the best game hardware would allow, so as my tastes go, I should love this game, the game is what it is. Looks great, turning out to be about what I expected. Preordered digital copy for X1. I am one of these gamers who just enjoy the games, I don't really care about the pixels and all that, just have good gaming experience. When I turn the key in my car all I care is the car starts, I really don't care how the gas ge...
Micrososoft almost rivals Apple in terms of profit, or sitting cash on reserve, so that is what I meant by saying successful. I was talking about MS as a company not just the Xbox division. There is no denying their success. Simply stated, MS's future is not dependent on the Xbox platform no matter what they decide to do with it.
I agree with Pachter. It is clear when MS started converting the Xbox to Windows, a couple of years ago, MS was prepping for a future where they can deliver games to a much larger audience than just Xbox. A successful company like MS probably have not made much money on the Xbox platform to begin with, and their profit comes from the windows os, so it is no surprise to me at some point MS would inegrate Xbox into windows under one platform. The Xbox platform has been my console of choice t...
Well, I don't know about a gimmick but I look at VR like 3D. Not even remotely interested, but hope it does well..
I own all three of this gens consoles, I bought all the big exclusives on the Wiiu for my daughter, but lets be honest, if those games don't appeal to my tastes, the fact that the Wiiu has more top rated games than the X1/PS4 combined is meaningless. Gamers like what they like.
We all have invested in the Xbox brand, regardless of what happens. I own all consoles every gen, on day 1, and my console of choice for the last 3 generations has been the Xbox platform, so what you said goes without saying, but like I said, I just play the games, so if the Xbox platform goes away, we as gamers will continue playing on other platforms.
In the grand scheme of my life I can't worry about what MS plans to do with the Xbox, as like every other console I hav...
I am not one of those gamers. I just play the games. What appeals to me I keep playing what doesn't I move to another game. Simple gaming tastes...
Meh, can't recall the last EA game I cared about, so E3 will be fine...
Congrats, Ubi, loved the beta, and enjoying the game. Not bad 2 good Ubi games in the span of a month.
Don't recall MS saying discs are stupid, but I get it. No waiting on my X1 digital preorder, preload copy of The Division. I don't buy games to trade in so I usually buy the digital copy for all my games, disc copies for Gamefly rentals to purchase at discount price.
Well, this is what we got. We don't live in a "this is what things should be world," when talking about videogames, so at this point, Ubi needs needs to correct this, and a patch is it.
I did not even notice this issue in the beta on either console. I thought it looked fine so chances are when I fire up the game today, I probably won't notice it in the game.
It is really interesting that everything MS does w/studios or other, some are now trying to tie everything negatively to the fate of the Xbox. MS will continue to do what is best for their company. If that means one day the Xbox will be put to bed, well, that is just the way it goes. Who is really worrying about this on a daily basis, of which you have no control over.
