there's pretty much little shortage of amiibos now. what's your major malfunction?

then again, what else do you expect from an entitled generation of idiots? why do i say this?

these are the same people that will readily hand over $10 for a code for individual dlc, maps for instance, of a specific game. that's all they get...a code FOR ONE SPECIFIC DLC ON ONE GAME. nothing else.

Nintendo offers DLC for their game thru a collectible item, without a further charge. yes, in a sense, they are "paying" for DLC in some sense, bu...

then don't buy their stuff if you feel cheated. you f@cktards think mistakes can't happen when making a product. you go on like Microsoft intentionally wanted to sully their name and destroy discs or something.

sure, some where defective. but, you want to take a reasonable guess as to how many dumbasses abused their delicate electronics or move the console around while it had a rotating disc inside? huh? any guesses?

yeah, same with super mario bros., Pacman, chrono trigger, and Halo. looks like crap with all the pixelation and low resolution. hell, three of those games didn't even have voice acting!?! i mean, WTF?!? how anyone ever played those games is beyond me.

amirite, dude? huh, amirite? yeah.

@outthink

yes, same issue here. the big draw they were pushing was "infinite worlds!!" then we see pretty much palette swaps in every one of these "worlds".

immersion this. vr that. uh, what's so immersive about a exploring a super-size planet with 18 moons in orion's belt that looks eerily similar to a 2,000 mile diameter planetoid orbiting a blue sun in a different galaxy. am i to believe out of the infinite possibilities of...

perhaps not...of course, no reason to be too upset about free publicity on a popular game that paints your character in the highest of light. doubt she would be happy if they made Ellie's character into something that went against Ellen's established beliefs...like a a racist homophobe or something of that level.

you are aware your government trained and supplied many of these so-called "terrorist", right?

hmmmm, interesting. didn't Ellie from TLOU have a very close likeness to Ellen Paige? didn't she threaten to sue Naughty Dog and so they ninja-edited her character model and denied any association between Ellen and Ellie?

however, Treyarch undeniably uses this guy's likeness AND name against his wishes, but this is somehow OK to americans?

hypocrites, much?

yep, they did...and they paid the price for it. the collector's edition dropped to $99 ($250 msrp) 1.5 months after release.

charging money for physical trinkets, yet do not include the most important "trinket" of all for a collector...the goddamn game disc.

WTF

man, i hate that sight. every freaking article requires 10-50 separate pages "for some unknown reason." yeah, clicks are free for readers, but stop dividing one story into 50 click pages.

not worth it. in relation to what other collector's edition include in their $99 asking price is usually a figurine and a steelbook.

NIS are getting greedy with these collectors editions. much of their other CEs come with a "CE" BOX, MUSIC CD, SMALL ARTBOOK, POSTER for $59.99-74.99. how does the inclusion of 5 cheap ass art cards in this edition warrant an increase of $25-35?

comparing this to the cost of a phone is utter stupidity.

$600 phone: communicate with the world, take photo quality photos everywhere you go, emergency device to call police, ambulance, help, security device linked to security products, virtual wallet capabilities, business and educational apps, gaming device, texting, flashlight, etc. ad infinitum.

$600 oculus rift: play a handful of games, watch videos in pseudo "virtual reality", some business a...

how is VR supposed to be expensive, in and of itself? the technology required to produce a VR experience can be made with a piece of cardboard, two plastic lenses, and electrical tape.

it's only $600 because they packed in unnecessary specs and told the dedicated gamer that "it's worth it."

i have the gear vr with my 6s edge. it's a neat experience here and there, but seriously, i'm not feeling any need to strap on head gear, twist...
